Negative experience: Disgusting!! It would be great to see the cleaner on a Monday night actually clean and not be out the back door every five minutes for a cigarette only to come back in and try to clean with no gloves on in the toilets.

Negative experience: Terrible experience life guards kicked us out just for leaning on the lane rope dont recommend

Negative experience: Facilities (amazing) Swim classes (great) Staff ( not so much) Came to our swim lesson today (which we do every Saturday) at the same time every Saturday. Got into the carpark at 8:40 and headed for the door at 8:45 (like every other Saturday) headed to the door (which was locked) not unusual as the staff usually unlock it and let us through to sign in and give us 15 minutes to get ready before we head in for our first lesson that starts at 9am. Not today. The lady on the desk abruptly refused to open the door and yelled out "not until 8:55am" I was so confused. I explained I had kids to get ready "like always" and that I always purchase a swim nappy from the front desk and take my kids to get ready for our 9am class. 5 minutes wouldn't allow enough time for that. Still she refused to open the door. So I proceeded to take my children back to the car. In this time I watched 5-6 swim families head to the door (clearly routine for everyone) to sign in and get ready for them to also be turned away. Just as shocked and confused as me. Online clearly states opens at 9am. BUT when staff let us in at 8:40 every weekend to get kids ready without missing class I don't know what is expected from us to know any different? When I was finally allowed in I questioned the lady (who had refused to let us in) why we had been refused when it had never been an issue in the past?!. She said because she works out of Churchill and they don't allow people in before a certain time. Understandable if that were the case here but it wasn't. Please if you are hiring staff and switching them around all the time have the same rules. As a parent it is so hard to come to do usual routine with young children who don't understand to then be refused entry by one staff member on one day?!. It throws us and the children off and leaves us in a pickle and people late to class when we have expectations one week and not the other. Alot of parents were taken back by this experience today commenting how abruptly we were told and how not very kind we were treated when we were confused as to why it had all changed

Positive experience: Reviewing the facilities, they are great: large pool for laps, kids area that's warm and shallow, and a spa bath. Customer service is friendly and welcoming, however it's all let down by the cleanliness of the place. There are mould or calcium/ deposits everywhere near the communal bathroom areas, it can easily be fixed, but I've been there twice and it's still the same.

Fantastic experience: Swimming lessons for the kids. It's a great place for a swim , the pool is heated so no excuses in winter.

Negative experience: This place is absolutely horrendous to bring young children to swim. I am the first to admit that my children are very hyperactive but kid's will be kid's as well and they didn't deserve to be constantly growled at for playing a wet flute/recorder by bitchy rude young lifeguards who most likely don't have children of their own yet. God help them when they do. It's no wonder the place is mostly empty and everyone goes to Traralgon aquatic center. The staff at Traralgon are much more accommodating and will take a second to chat to the parent politely if need be.

Negative experience: Minus 10 stars for Donna and her poor customwr service. She would prefer to send you away than manage membership payments especially when cheques are prewritten. Whilst the leaisure centre remains empty she argues the toss, not listening and speaking over you. Complaint left with council but these days with customer service at an all time low they will back her to to the hilt.

Fantastic experience: GIPPSLAND REGIONAL AQUATIC CENTRE...Best aquatic centre around the valley. Have great access for wheelchairs and people who have trouble going up and down steps. Ramos that go all the way into the pools and on only a very slight slope. Separate roomy Change Rooms and showers and toilets near the Hydro pool for disabled. Also have special lightweight wheelchairs to transfer people into the pool. All this not to mention the big aquatic area for children with slides, fountains and a big bucket that fills with water and splashes down....and the 2 massive water slides.

Positive experience: A really good place if you want to just have a chill swim and spa time. Great setup, the floor gets a bit slippery though, which is dangerous for young ones. There’s wonderful staff, too. Have great food from the cafeteria, but if the pools get upgraded, I say add water slides, like the Gippsland regional aquatics centre, because it could make the young and adults more excited for their trips, instead of just swimming in the pools, or playing with pool toys. Still a really fun and safe place though. :)

Positive experience: Brilliant! Love the amount of space at this pool. Plenty of toilets and showers. Good range of swimwear for sale and a nice little canteen. Plus I like the animals on the ceiling.

Positive experience: Cool little pool, we took 8 kids here for a swim and it was pretty quiet on a weekday. 6.50 for an adult and an extra $5 if you want to use the spa. Spa wasn't hot but the steam room was good and kids pool slowly gets deeper rather than a ladder.

Positive experience: Good pool and friendly staff. Not enough family rooms but the ladies change area is large and lots of showers.

Positive experience: The change rooms are constantly dirty and alot of the classes finish at the same time meaning you have to wait for forever to get a shower. The staff are friendly and swimming instructors are great.

Positive experience: As far as pools go it's not the greatest. It's quite small, definitely in need of an upgrade! Last time I went the water was quite murky. Their gym is not too bad, on the small side. Staff are usually always friendly though.

Fantastic experience: We've been coming here regularly for years, our 11yo son loves it. Lots of car parks out the front, a toddler's pool that is nice and warm, and the bigger pool, which has lanes for swimmers, as well as enough room left for recreational swimmers.
