Fantastic experience: Nice clean gym with easy access to parking. Spacious area with a circle design with glass windows through the middle overlooking shopping centre below. Good selection of machines/equipment to use. Staff and PTs are great/ helpful and gym has a nice friendly atmosphere. Regularly enjoy training sessions with my PT John Tran (great trainer with amazing skills, who helps me to achieve great results). Highly rate / recommend this gym.
Fantastic experience: Been going to Lime South Yarra for 4 years and loving it. A great gym overall, spacious, good equipment and friendly vibe. My trainer is Johnny Tran, great guy with amazing skills, still pushing me to train hard and achieve great results till this date after 4 years training together.
Fantastic experience: I am a big fan of Club Lime in South Yarra. It’s buzzy without being overcrowded. Easy to get to equipment. There is no intimidating “cool crowd”. I train with John Tran who gets you to the next level of effort and results. And you still look forward to the next session!

Positive experience: Good gym! Plenty of cardio equipements, decent ammount of weight machines. Been training for a few years now here since Fit n Fast and it got better when changed to ClubLime. I've been training with PT Johnny Tran and really enjoing the programs and the progression I had with him!

Negative experience: I have recently changed gyms and had not been for a month or two as I was on holiday. I suspended my account and paid the suspension fee but when I returned from holiday they direct debited straight out of my account (which put it into negative after being on holidays) and the charge was $80. I instantly cancelled my membership and asked for a refund and the manager was extremely rude. I was so upset. Three days later I get another direct debit after I had cancelled my member ship and I doubt they would give me a refund again. Almost considering getting legal advice as I’m $130 out of pocket for literally not even doing anything. crooks.

Positive experience: Surrounded by boutique (and pretentious) competitors, this is probably the most spacious and affordable of the few conventional gyms in the area. Equipment for the most part in excellent condition, staff and PTs surprisingly friendly. Only negatives the limited number of power racks (given the crowd that can turn up), the occasional lack of soap in the bathrooms, and the weak Wi-Fi.

Negative experience: Worst club lime ever! I’m a regular club lime member since 4 years and I have always enjoyed my training sessions in ACT, NSW and lastly here in Victoria. I used this club three time since moving back from Canberra. On my second last visit in August I have noticed that the tv on the treadmill weren’t working as usually as in the other clubs and I have raised the issue. After two months today I have visit again the club and I have discovered the same problem. I have asked to a “staff member” to try to fix it and he said no worries I’m coming and I will have a look. Instead he spent his time on instagram while I was waiting for him. I tried again to talk with him and with his rudeness just said that there is a wifi fault without helping at all. Please remember that you get your salary from our support and you should be able to help your customers, been rude and without provide a solution would not be a reasonable service. You make me left the gym afterwards. Such a waste of time and such a shame from you. I won’t come back and I won’t suggest this club to no one. Worst experience
Fantastic experience: The only gym provides the most equipments in South Yarra, Richmond, Prahan, and Windsor. The space is quite generous and clean. Administrators and PT are professional, helpful, and friendly. The club offers excellent promotions for new membership, such as 1 week free or 1 month free. The price is reasonable and competitive. Underground parking in the shopping centre, $.50 cents for 2 hours parking if you get a ticket at Gym or asking for a parking voucher at Woolworth for free parking. They offer free trial if you are a "try before buy" person.

Negative experience: My partner and I visited this place for a tour few days ago, in case we need to use this gym on our days off. The reception staff showed us around but made us scan a code for obviously future marketing calls. So I received a voice message today from a very unprofessional guy saying my name wrong and giggling and laughing after his wrong pronunciation as a follow up call to see whether I wish to buy their membership or not. My name might be a rare name, but if you have gone just to primary school you should be able to read 7 letters together. I am a professional in Fitness industry myself (rehabilitation coach) and I never want to train in a place with this disappointing level of professionalism.

Negative experience: have been member of that gym for 10 years back when it was Fit n Fast, now you are just a number, staff barely greet you, run down and dirty, NO HOT water in showers, totally POOR in every way, broken equipment takes weeks to be repaired. even trainers dont say HI after seeing you for ever! will move on.

Negative experience: This gym has potential but the Lime team don’t know anything about gym design. The floor is polished concrete so you slide everywhere (unsafe) and the lights are so bright it’s blinding and distracting.. again unsafe. The mirror in front of squat rack has a vertical joint which is annoying and you can’t watch your form properly….might aswell remove the mirror. Finally , the free weights area is too small as they decided to include another training room that no one uses.
Fantastic experience: Club Lime in South Yarra is by far the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of being a member of. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the gym is fully loaded with all the best equipment, and there are plenty of amazing P.T.s to choose from. I highly recommend this gym! Negative experience: I completely I agree with F Margot's review, not the South Yarra club but the Forest Hill club which used to be Fit N Fast but now owned by CLUB LIME , they took over my membership and then signed me onto their "membership terms and condition's" without my consent. When I tried to cancel they said I have to pay them in advance and then they charged $20 fee on to a canceled card!!! Head office just kept repeating terms and conditions into the phone. On product review the CLUB LIME groups has a terrible rating due doing the same thing to their customers basically just stealing money, and if you search for their gyms individually it will give you picture of how they function as a business
Negative experience: The trainer I had at this gym was 10/10. However, very disappointed with their poor customer service/ communication from Maddy (customer service rep) and lack of accountability. After moving interstate they ultimately refused to cancel my membership according to the terms that were given to be by one of their customer service reps verbally when FNF shifted to Club Lime. Also you will be subject to a $20 dishonour fee within 24 hrs if your direct debit fails for whatever reason at all. I can only ascertain the franchise is more interested in getting as much $ as they can from their customers rather than maintain a positive ongoing relationship and take accountability for their miscommunication which was ultimately deceptive. Unfortunately I do not feel I can trust this business or speak highly of my experience with customer service and communication.

Negative experience: We put our membership on hold when this was FitNFast (because of the lockdown). When it turned into ClubLime, we received a notification telling us that our membership was not put on hold and that we had to pay down the fees before cancelling because our credit card was invalid. Was very disappointed, but paid the fee anyway and cancelled online. 2 weeks later we receive another notification telling us that the direct debit could not be processed (when we've clearly paid the initial fee) and we've been unfairly charged an extra 20$. Are you serious??? Extremely poor customer service!
Positive experience: Cool looking gym located at the top floor of the centre. Interesting circle design with glass windows through the middle, makes it seem nice and spacious. Lots of equipment, pretty new condition. Only 4 squat racks but managed to get one as not too busy. Loads of cardio machines, life fitness and free weights. However no classes. Friendly staff. Hoping it'll be 24hr gym soon!
Negative experience: Gym is filled with obnoxious douchebags who are way too loud. Feels like a construction site.

Negative experience: very small, only 1 class room, not much choice of the class. and the the PT asked me to pay 20 Pt classes which is $100 for 30 mins a class, as the beginner i need 2-3pt class a week. and you need to bring ur own locker. unfriendly staff, i joined online and canceled in 7days cooling period, but they still charge me, when i issue this the staff send me to head office.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed today by PT John Tran, I have been a member of FITNFAST South Yarra, before it opened. Every gym is a bit of a scene, of who is who; however I have always felt comfortable at FitnFast. I went to use a machine today and PT John Tran ask me not to as he was training his client. I did feel somewhat of less importance and discriminated for being black. I did approach PT John Tran ( who I have in the past considered to take as my PT ) and told him my concern; his response in a very aggressive manner, was that there was many other machines like and i could use it. I did pointed it out that what he was actually doing was teaching bad gym etiquette to his client by holding 2 machines, I also did pointed I was offended by the way he spoke to me and pointed that I was one of the first member of the gym, to which he respond; good for you , what do you want to do about, just go and use another machine and walked away...... I do work with in costumer service and that was the worst representation of it. My friend, who I took to the gym today was thinking about joining, but after this incident decided not to. I'm not sure of the deal between PT and the Gym , but while at the Gym they are representing FitnFast, common courtesy, good manners and costumer service should be part of their vocabulary. PT John Tran lost a potential Costumer and FitnFast lost a potential Member; not to say that every bad experience is always mentioned to everybody , everywhere.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with fitness focus. It has a really good layout with big glass windows and dramatic light well in the centre. The atmosphere is friendly and , Personal Trainers are passionate and knowledgeable , and some also do the group classes. I have been there very happily for 7 years.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with modern equipment, staff is friendly and they're open till 10 pm most days. True, the freebies you get when you sign up is of poor quality, but that didn't bother me.

Positive experience: The good - cheap, friendly, good showers, very close by, a trap bar, battle ropes, kettlebells and sand bags, a lot of cardiovascular equipment (not so good for me, but it is if that's your thing) Not so good - limited opening hours (due to the shopping centre hours?), only a few squat racks, no more midday/weekend boxing. All things I factored in when joining, and happy with my choice when compared to the other two gyms I considered to be close enough.

Negative experience: Just not worth it. Showers always cold. Restricted opening times. Only slightly cheaper than other gyms but with hardly any stuff. There is a reason there is advertising everywhere - no-one wants to go there. My freebie FitNFast backpack and headphones where so cheap they fell apart on the 1st day.
Positive experience: Good Gym for what you pay for. No classes but it you want to run on a treadmill for 5 hours its perfect.
Positive experience: good gym, lots of new equipment, lots of cardio machines, but they dont allow access to the boxing area which is a bummer. And it can get pretty busy at peak times.
