Fantastic experience: Easily the best CrossFit gym in the Hills District!! Been at CrossFitAM for over 5 years now and it's been a life changer. Not only creating a healthier me but so much fitter every year because of it. The vibes in the gym are amazing and that's created by members who just want to see others succeed. But the tone and comfortable environment is set by our brilliant coaches led by Head Coach Tim Doonan! If anyone wanted to join a CrossFit Gym to learn new skills, be fitter and healthier and be part of a community that just wants you to do well, I couldn't recommend CrossFitAM highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: I love Crossfit AM! The workouts really challenge everyone independently of the fitness level. I have joined 3 weeks ago and already can see results. Tim is a great couch and is always willing to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly. It has a great sense of community as well and everyone is welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend giving it a go and at least join for a free week :)

Fantastic experience: I love being part of the CF AM family and from day one I knew this was a gym (box) I wanted to be apart of! Tim and Jess have created such an incredible space where egos are truly left at the front door. Everyone is there to support one another and push each other to achieve their own personal fitness goals! I have been a member for a year and I have noticed dramatic changes in my strength, stamina, my overall confidence and have dropped a dress size and more, which is a bonus! Every morning I wake up wanting to go work out, it has definitely become part of my daily routine and has made me so much happier in myself. It’s the BEST gym experience I’ve ever had and each session is different! Tim is exceptionally knowledgeable and tailors workouts to suit every age and fitness level and makes all classes fun and full of laughter. If you want a friendly atmosphere built on support and FUN, this is the place!
