Fantastic experience: I've been a Rockstar member for over three years now, and Ben's regime has turned my health and body around. This is a completely brand-free, screen-free, aircon-free dedicated family business, run by exceptional elite trainers who work with you across every area of fitness, building strength and power into your routine for life. The gym is popular with all ages and genders, across fitness levels, and is a huge amount of fun... you just need to show up and make a start :-)

As someone with a physical disability, it can be challenging to find a gym that will put in the time and effort to get the best out of you. The coaches are very patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Do yourself a favour and try them out - you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: If you want to train somewhere run by coaches who genuinely care and spend their free time researching exercise to better your performance; this is the place to go! It's not some BS CrossFit gym filled with cringy form; rather a science driven approach to fitness that provides on every level. Coach Ben and Braden are super helpful; and always there to have a chat with you about nearly everything.

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem in Summer Hill! I'm not a huge fan of the gym, but the team at Rockstar have been super supportive of where I am on my health journey and offer much more than just reps and weights. Ben and his team are a genuine team of Rockstars and are highly qualified to work with people at all different life stages and level of fitness. If you are looking for something special that isn't like other Gyms this is your place.

Fantastic experience: Rockstar Fitness is a professional training facility with a hive of top notch coaches and a welcoming community. Hands down the best thing about Summer Hill and worth travelling for. These days my top priority every week is to schedule my training with Rockstar Fitness because with that foundation I feel more able to tackle life’s challenges. I love this place and feel extremely grateful to Ben Ly for creating an immaculate training space for everybody to train in. Much love and appreciation to the Rockstar Fitness team! Cannot recommend highly enough, you just need to get there and experience it for yourself. You will not look back.
