Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, these guys are fantastic. Hard working and high achieving coach’s and community, great facility and location. Really supportive community vibe that is hard to replicate. I’ve moved out of area, but won’t be hesitating to stop in when I’m around for a sweat and banter, cheers team!

Fantastic experience: Positive gym that is open to all. They offer a part time membership, which is great for people who are trying to balance home, work and life an still make some time to keep fit.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced a lot of group training and Crossfit Kia Kaha is certainly the best. The environment is non-intimidating and everyone is great to train with. Highly recommended for everyone from entry level to elite athletes looking for functional fitness in the Eastern Suburbs.

Fantastic experience: Awesome trainers, tunes and atmosphere. It's a HUGE space too - plenty of room to perspire and still feel like you can breathe! If you really want to see how far you can push yourself, I highly recommend. The amount my fitness has come along in a just a few short months is ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: Best place to exercise. The owners/trainers are all super friendly, helpful, and motivating. There is a great culture among everyone going to classes. Easy for someone new to come along and feel welcome. And the workouts are awesome. Plus the place is massive and has everything. Stoked to have stumbled upon this place.
