Negative experience: Goodluck trying to cancel your membership. They won't reply to emails, blame it on you and make you jump through every hoop imaginable. Was a loyal member for 5 years - moved away and they still jerking us around.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Been there for nearly a year now and highly recommend. Staff are so friendly and helpful, great trainers available, and they offer so many different classes. Equipment and facilities are well looked after and always clean and stocked. The reformer Pilate classes and coaches are amazing too!

Fantastic experience: Fun and welcoming gym. Staff and instructors are great and always happy to help. Good range of classes. Lots of pilates classes available, as well as reformer pilates studio (additional cost). Spin studio, boxing studio, many weights & machines, sauna. Lots to do for every type of fitness! This gym no longer offers a creche. There are some classes where you can bring your kids (unsupervised), prams welcome. I haven't tried those classes as my kids are high energy toddlers.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful gym. I’ve been to a few over the years, but I’ve never been to one like Sky Fitness Traralgon. I’ve always felt anxious and self conscious, but I haven’t felt that way here. Here are some of the positives I’ve found in my membership so far. - 24/7 access - Always greeted with a smile when you walk in - Wide variety of equipment & lots of space - Huge group class timetable - Friendly & approachable reception staff, group class trainers & PT’s - Tidy bathrooms/showers - Deodorant and hair styling tools provided in women’s bathroom - Sauna is positioned off the bathroom, so you don’t need to worry about sharing with the opposite gender - Spacious locker room with an iron/ironing board to use - Cleaning stations with sprays & cloths - Sheets up on walls so that you’re able to log a fault out if a machine isn’t working - Clips of classes posted on Instagram highlights so you’re able to see what the class is like before attending - Private Facebook group for Virtual classes if you’re unable to make it to the gym - Rooms available for use provided there is no group classes in session There is also a crèche on site which is a great feature. I’m very happy with my membership here & I won’t be going anywhere else. By far the best gym I’ve seen.

Fantastic experience: I have recently just started at Sky Fitness and they are absolutely amazing. I have been to many gyms, and I've never felt very welcoming or felt that I belong, but I finally feel that I found somewhere that I belong.I absolutely love it Everyone is so nice and they always boost my confidence.

Negative experience: Decent gym. Handled COVID well but never try to cancel, this is where their greedy side comes outs. They make it difficult as can be to cancel & have it setup to really try to scratch that last penny out of you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from the wonderful staff always a smile and very welcoming Heaps of excellent equipment and options Multiple training areas including a separate boxing zone with hanging bags free standing bags and a combo pads unit Multiple class zones and lots of classes on offer

Negative experience: I left sky fitness they wouldn't match the offer of my new gym had and don't have a boxing class. After living I was had excise to sky viral for a month after I left then the 4th lockdown happened then I started using the Viral classes payed Sky Fittness $12 to use it (I was will to pay) The let me use it for a week then when they kicked me out of the group?

Fantastic experience: Always enjoyed coming here. They have a good selection of equipment and weights. Also excellent classes. They also have a sauna. Yes! A sauna for males and another for females.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Caters to everyone from those that have never set foot in a fitness facility to those that are competitive althletes and everyone in between including during and after pregnancy. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Friendly staff,, very clean, but i hope they open the sauna on sunday until evening.

Negative experience: My wife came in today, as she had not been in for some time due to health issues relating to Cancer. She met a lady called Deb(the Manager) who checked with the owner Alana Tryhorn in relation to Margaret being able to use the facility. She paid in full approx 8 mths earlier. Now she was asked to leave as her manager was friends with someone who knows Margaret and did not like her , and was told some gossip and untruths, so ultimately was told to leave. Margaret was shocked and hurt from this bold and abrupt attitude from staff. Not able to defend herself, deb spoke to who we believe was the owner to give her a refund, as they did not want to offend the other member. Shocked , Margaret left in tears and told me what happened. I rang the owner and spoke to Alana, who suddenly asked me not to post anything as she has a family business and did not know the whole story but to ask Margaret to leave.. Yet at the start she said she knew what my phone call was about. DISCRIMINATION 101. What a great business not to be part off anymore. John

Fantastic experience: There are a lot of services available here, but you can also just go down and do your own thing. There is heaps of equipment on offer for just about everything & it is all well maintained and clean, plus there is free towel hire. The staff are really friendly & super approachable. Les Mills classes are offered here, with very well trained instructors, plus loads more classes. People can bring little kids down to the creche as well. The locker room, bathroom & shower facilities are always clean and neat plus there are infrared saunas available to use. I don't feel self conscious here (big concern for a lot of people) and never have to wait around to use the machines & equipment. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful and informative staff. All kinds of different classes. My favourite classes are Body Pump and Body Balance. Plenty of parking spaces outside. There is a creche, but I haven't used it. Various workout equipment.
