Fantastic experience: Great place to workout no matter what your starting point or goals are. Very friendly and supportive atmosphere. No egos or mirrors to inflate egos. Just great fun classes which are different every day, you really don’t know what your going to get (unless you peek at the phone app). Endurance team training is great fun and everyone’s fitness does improve rapidly so you all push each other to do better. Thanks to Nic and RAF for creating this secret fitness gem.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic coaching, fantastic community. Across the last four years, the coaches have transformed my mobility and strength through tailored training. This has had positive effects across all aspects of my life and has transformed my work as a musician. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. Aside from the Crossfit, the endurance program is a real highlight - great programming and inspiring coaching from Nic!

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for approximately two and a half years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great people, great coaches and most of all a great atmosphere. The variety of classes keep me interested and always encourages me to work on my weaknesses. I also love competing as it pushes you to get better and everyone knows how to have fun along the way!
