Fantastic experience: So glad that we decided to do the one-week trial at Manticore. This is an amazing gym in all respects - the people and coaches, the programming and the gym itself. The owners are awesome and, as newcomers, we were made to feel extremely welcome. Turning up to train here is a highlight in my day!

Coaches will always ask if people are injured before starting the workout, to adapt it, and will always look at you to better advise you. Fantastic experience: Crossfit Manticore is amazing. The owners Michael and Jess are not just good coaches / trainers but also post their own scores for the WOD so creates a bit of competition when you get close to their scores. They are passionate about seeing you improve and push yourself. The facilities at the box are amazing and whilst you go there for fitness you end up creating real friendships. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: After months of trying my wife convinced me to give Crossfit a go and I'm so glad she did. The coaches are awesome and it's a great community of like-minded people. If you want to challenge yourself and have fun you definitely won't be disappointed.
