Fantastic experience: Yoga with Miranda is a great way to finish my day. I am always left feeling relaxed and centred after a busy day at the office. She also ensures that everyone’s health and well-being is catered to.

Positive experience: Great new facility. Needs a filtered rehydration station. Sorry, tap water is undesirable these days.

Our son really looks forward to his sessions with Luke, which has completely blown my mind.. Thank you Luke, you are already making a big difference in our sons life .

Fantastic experience: I hated the Plus fitness centers in Sydney but Medowie Plus is great. Lots of space, huge range of equipment, clean facilities, ample parking & friendly staff. Adjoins a sports center so squash, creche & a cafe available with a pool soon opening.

Fantastic experience: 24/7 Gym with easy access. Lots of classes are run as well as a good variety of machines and free weights.

Fantastic experience: Best plus fitness ever, from the staff to the facilities available. Also the crèche is so useful for clients with kids. A plus for this club. Great work Luke and Andrew on a great club..
