Fantastic experience: Went to this gym while on holidays. Staff were friendly and welcoming. No nonsense gym that doesn't have loads of machines but has everything you need to do a good workout. Small group PT is great.

Positive experience: Good Trainers, Nice environment lacks some workout equipment if you are into body building max weight dumbells is 35kg. Does not offer air conditioning. Otherwise as a casual gym is it great for weight loss and overall fitness.
