Fantastic experience: I have been at VFL CrossFit for 2 years and I love it. I have confidence in the coaches, they provide really clear and accurate guidance on technique and the right amount of ‘push’ needed to exceed my expectations. They are mindful of athlete fitness levels and abilities and there is a positive and friendly atmosphere in the gym.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome community that makes you want to keep coming back! The staff here have such a incredible knowledge of fitness, exercises and correct form and function. The atmosphere is really enjoyable and it makes working out a positive yet challenging experience. My wife and I have had incredible results and we've made some lifelong friendships.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a week at CrossFit VFL while I was visiting from Melbourne. Everyone made me feel very welcome and the facilities are excellent. Special thanks to Jacqui for not only getting me settled in but being my partner in a couple of workouts, and to coach Nathan for giving me some spicy subs to work around my injured foot. ;) Will be back the next time I’m in town for sure!

I'm so impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the trainers, the precision, planning and thought that goes into the sessions and really love the community/ family-like vibe of people built by such an open and welcoming team. So amazing to be apart of. Worth every cent and can not recommend highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: Was really excited about trying Crossfit vfl. They told us a price and we scheduled to come in. Then they found out we were from the states and would not honor the price and tried up charged us since we are only here for a week. Very disappointing and not how the Crossfit community should treat out of town athletes. After this experience, they were completely professional in admitting the error of situation. They had a new employee answering the phones, which I can accept the human error. They contacted us, apologized, attempted to amend the situation. First class offer. While we did not follow through and work out at the facility it was very nice of them to go to such lengths to fix the situation. Thanks CrossFit VFL team.

Fantastic experience: I love training at Crossfit VFL. All the coaches modify workouts for me every time to help with my aging body and arthritic joints! They inspire me and give me can move attitude. Been going since it opened and intend to keep up for as long as I can. The 5.15 group I train with is the best ( even in winter) .

Fantastic experience: Crossfit VFL is a professional, welcoming, motivational crossfit box. The programming, coaching, equipment and facility is all first class. All levels of fitness and mobility are well catered for in this fantastic environment making it the perfect place to train and challenge yourself. Verve for Life is a separate professional facility offering yoga, small group personal training, movement classes, pilates, physio and massage. Both are excellent places of the highest standard. It's an absolute privilege to be a member with the VFL family!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit VFL is a place where I push myself to be the best I can be. The coaches are amazing, in that they are supportive, knowledgeable, approachable and meticulous about proper form. They give me the motivation and push to lift heavier, try new moves or just believe in my own ability (when I sometimes don't).The classes are always varied, full of fun and flexible in terms of class timetabling. I cannot recommend Crossfit VFL and Verve For Life enough as the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is inspiring. Crossfit VFL is a strong community of people who I am proud to be a part of. I walk out everyday feeling on top of the world. I am 41 years old and am the fittest I have ever been and I believe this is to do with Crossfit VFL and Verve For Life.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of CrossFit VFL since its beginning in 2013. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and inspirational. The people I train with everyday are welcoming and supportive. We all work hard but have fun and don’t take ourselves too seriously!
