After having 3 kids I needed somewhere to SAFELY get my fitness journey started again, CrossFit Underway is the best decision I’ve ever made. They are the definition of CrossFit, dedicated coaches who will guide you through every session. Try one class and you’ll be hooked!

Positive experience: CrossFit Underway has been a pillar in the overall health of my teenage kids. The combination of physical training, social interaction and volitional coaching has helped them recover from the impact of the pandemic. Only reason I do not give 5 stars is the affordability to engage as a family of migrants. I assume it is within the reach of a family of citizens.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable staff, nice clean location, good atmosphere and nice people. The instructors actually care, even for the unfit. I come out of every session feeling like I achieved something and my wife starts putting the kids to bed earlier if you know what i mean :) 10/10 highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This box has an amazing atmosphere. All of the trainers are passionate about helping you to be the best version of yourself. I've trained 1 on 1 with Russell and can not speak highly enough about his investment in your health. Through all of my sessions (even though I was low key dying) he was patients, pushed me when he knew I had more to give and takes the time to make sure each exercise is done with the right form so there is less/no chance of injury. It's worth every penny in my book!

Fantastic experience: I'm from Sydney, and the main reason I agree to work interstate is so I can train here @ CrossFit Underway! Jack, Sam and Russell are deadset legends. I've been training Xfit for some years now and I feel that hollistically this has to be the best the box I've been a part of so far, which I don't say lightly. The coaches have what I think is a unique way of focusing on skill/strength levels of individuals and they do this exceptionally well, they also tailor workouts to suit a range of specific needs whilst still seamlessly facilitating the whole class. I personally find the WOD programming refreshing! As after years of Xfit it can become somewhat monotonous hitting those same percentages and workout structures, but the the guys there just have a way of tweaking it so it's fun and different. The vibe is one that feels uplifting, friendly, and judgement free, and haven't found there to be those "clicky" type groups. I have to make a special mention to Jack, a smart bloke with great interpersonal skills and a clever approach. Even while he's not coaching and is training himself, he has stopped a few times and come over and subtly ask friendly questions about the weight I'm lifting etc. because he wants to be sure that I'm going to get the best workout and remain injury free. Depsite myself being an intermittent blow in, I am grateful for the coaches and community spirit at Crosffit Underway, I wanted to make the time to write this as I appreciate the effort and time Jack, Sam and Russell have shown me.

Fantastic experience: I always thought crossfit was another level up on gym's and not beginner friendly for people like me. I was shocked when a mate convinced me to come and trial it and realized it was a community of fit professionals down to novice beginners like myself. Everyone supporting each other to do their own PBs. This place is a Gym with a community feel and no judgments. So glad to of discovered you guys.
