Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training here - cannot recommend the gym enough. The environment is welcoming for newbies and the coaches (particularly Vicki) are sticklers on form during training - a must in CrossFit! Thanks Vicki and Brendan for making Steel Coast awesome :)
