Fantastic experience: Amazing gym , amazing coaches , amazing people...

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a week while playing a golf tournament in the area. And it was the highlight of my entire trip to Australia!! After being to many CrossFit gym, this is for sure my favourite. As well as being a great coach who gave me many very very helpful tips. Jamie is a very welcoming coach who is very helpful, knowledgeable and good fun. The gym itself is kept very clean and organised. The perfect place to be!!

As a coach he and his team tailor their coaching and mentoring based on individual needs. We work hard, sweat buckets and have a lot of fun doing it. Fantastic experience: Fantastic!!! I have never enjoyed going to gyms but I decided I had to go because of low bone density and for the first time ever…I now LOVE going to gym! How…Why??? Jamie is the nicest trainer who listens to what you need and works with every single individual to create the perfect workout for them, he doesn’t push you too hard, he works on technique and no one misses out on individual attention. You get the exact workout you need tailored to your level. The foundation is functional fitness and I already feel better in every day life, my abs are getting stronger, my thighs and upper arms are getting stronger and so every day life is easier. I would give Jamie 10 stars if I could. This is the BEST GYM EVER and I can’t say enough good things about Jamie. If you are thinking of giving it a go, do it, you will never look back.

Fantastic experience: Having not done any type of training before and being a bit older and very unfit, Jamie has helped me enormously! Fantastic experience: Mission Training CF has transformed my life in so many ways. Jamie and the coaching crew are so welcoming from the minute you meet them and they genuinely want to see you succeed. With two young children, I have never been fitter or healthier in my life and that is because of the lifestyle I have embraced through Mission Training. Fantastic experience: I joined mission training sawtell a year ago after an 18 month break from crossfit. There are a range of membership types and options which really cater to everyone and there are no lock in contracts. The trainers Craig and Jamie are the best dudes.. knowledgeable, approachable, and really care about every person that walks through the door. My kids LOVE coming with me and always ask if we are going to crossfit today. Come for the awesome workouts, stay for the community and family vibes. If you're looking for a place where there are no egos, judgment, and options for every person and every body... this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Coffs Harbour in December, not only did I move to paradise but I found the best community to match our 'sea change'. CrossFit Sawtell was more than another fitness centre it was a place of like minded individuals all pushing to become better versions of themselves, zero judgement and experts helping beginners to experienced CrossFiters.
