Negative experience: Went to join the gym as i moved to the area and needed a good gym, the gyser looked at me ackwardly and tells me that we dont do general fitness, then said yes we do it but i havent got the time to talk. Amazed at the attitude of the guy.

Coaches allow for tailored options for WOD when required to ensure all fitness and confidence levels are catered for. Also, sometimes there are dogs to pat. 11/10.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing crossfit for 7 years & I've trained at a few different boxes both in QLD and NSW. It wasn't until i moved to the northside and became a member at Crossfit Geebung that i realised the parts that were missing from my previous training experiences. Crossfit Geebung's beautiful members are what draw me to the box each week. The effort taken to make new members feel welcomed into the 'family' is refreshing and there is a perfect balance between focus and laughs. The coaches take the time to learn what YOU are about and i love their focus on achieveing 5 strong pillars of health. Can't wait to see you there!

Fantastic experience: We love the attention on form and mechanics at CrossFit Geebung. The six week beginners class to get basics right is a fantasic ideas. A lot of places like to expedite this by cutting corners, but not here. I have had back surgery but I feel confident that I am in good hands. The focus here is on doing what you can do the best of your ability without letting ego get in the way, which can often lead to injuries.
