24/7 Performance & Fitness is a locally owned and operated facility that opened up in Port Augusta on the 15th of September 2018. With a friendly team ready to help you achieve your health & fitness goals! We offer a complete solution to all your fitness requirements. Come in and check out our centrally located facility in the CBD. Membership options to suit everyone, Long & Short term. Causal visits & Pass packs all available. We also have a new shop front stocking Muscle Republic, Ryderwear and Muscle Nation Gym Apparel. As well as all of your Supplement needs, such as - Protein Powders, Pre-Workouts, Fat Burners, BCAAs & My Muscle Chef Meals. STAFFED HOURS Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-7:00pm

Positive experience: Positives: equipment excellent; handy shop for supplements etc; aircon/ fans do the job; spacious enough for a small gym. Negatives: noisy, unsupervised toddlers running around sometimes, distracting and unsafe; repetitive and offensive Eminem type music always playing (“get your drunk ass back on that runway, ho…”etc). But at least the awful thrash metal is gone for now. Good to get the new water fountain too. Would have liked to give 5 stars except for the negs.

Fantastic experience: Joel was so accommodating when I came into town on a short term contract. Will definitely return to this gym if I head back to Port Augusta again.

Negative experience: No water available inside. First time i saw such gym in Australia where no drinking water available inside.

Hi Neeraj, unfortunately we had to remove our water fountain temporarily due to renovation/expansion! we will have it back up and running asap! in the meantime we do have a front shop with multiple drink options and also a vending machine available 24/7. With this information we hope you can reconsider this 1 star review.

Fantastic experience: I was just traveling through Port Augusta and wanted to fit in a quick session. I called them up and they let me in no hassle. They have a great set up, and everything you need and more! Very friendly service - Will definitely be coming back.
