Positive experience: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD LOCATION, IT WAS SOOO MUCH BETTER its still fun but i will never forget riding a scooter at one point then doing backflips the next minute favourite childhood place i would beg my parents to go all the time. the staff are friendly and interact with everyone its a great atmosphere loads of fun.

Positive experience: The young woman working on the 29th august was extremely professional helpful and as I observed was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Needs to be recognised by management for her dedication to her work.

Negative experience: Every interaction with the owner is negative. Our last visit the owner caused my 5yr old autistic child to have a meltdown over a simple attire issue, instead of approaching a parent she aggressively confronted a 5yr old. It doesn’t matter wether I’m paying her a large amount of money for a Birthday party or simply there for a 1 hour session she manages to upset a child or insult an adult. The owner lacks basic civility and should refrain from interacting with her customers until she receives training on customer service. In future I will be choosing an alternative play centre.

Negative experience: Worst experience at Flip out today. Manager was aggressive and rude to both adults and children. Went as far as grabbing a 4 year olds arm when the poor kid was reaching in to grab another Ice cream- he is a small child honestly what the hell is wrong with people!!!! Should have looked at these reviews before we went because we are obviously not the only ones who have received disgusting service when it comes to this business.

Negative experience: $360 wasted on a birthday party the management was rude, party was un coordinated with what we could spend our time doing, we had 2 smaller children exhausted wanting a drink and told to go back down stairs to play to get our "moneys worth". Don't even get me started on the birthday room first off it was unlockable meaning we had all guest enter the party room, not one staff member informed me beforehand and I could have bought a plate of chips from the take away better then the party food, the sauce we got given smelt like vinegar and was off! Won't be back and won't be recommending to other parents either, Was a waste of my hard earnt money

Negative experience: Not Organised at all made a booking for 11.30 couldn't find the booking. Service is slow and was confused with questions I had asked. waste of money for the size and amount of trampolines. Mainly gir toddlers nit suitable for older kids.

Negative experience: We couldn't book online. The hours on the website is wrong. And the stuff was to bizzy talking to each other to notice a older boy kicking a ball at my grandson so wasent a good thing

Fantastic experience: This place was great. Really positive vibes just kids running around going turbo smiling laughing and having fun. There was a guy from their team teaching kids the basics and keeping them safe. He was awesome. Our girls listened learnt some new moves and got stickers! Coffee from the cafe was good too. Great away to spend a day.

Positive experience: It was fun. Staff need additional training in communicating respectfully, as well as in making coffee properly. My children were spoken to quite abruptly by a young man working there and chastised over a rule that they weren't aware of, and one was very upset by it. The young man making coffee made it two thirds froth and only one third milk. There seemed to be only teenagers running the show when we went with no experienced staff to guide them which did impact on our experience there. The kids had fun, and although it's a small facility it kept them occupied and active for an hour.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her 7th birthday party at flipout today. I can’t rate the service highly enough. All staff were wonderful. Shoutout to Cooper and Lillie who were our party helpers, they couldn’t have been better with the kids. So friendly and fun and on top of everything. Highly recommend this venue :)

Fantastic experience: The facilities are great, super clean, spacious and well thought out. The kids will run around here for 1-2 hours no problems. Spaces for under 10s and above cater for various age groups. Main trampolines are supervised. Staff are super attentive and caring and show a real enthusiasm for the kids to have fun. Safety is a top priority. Parties can be organised and group bookings are very convenient. Lots of parking and snacks and coffee are available.

Positive experience: A fun experience for the kids. The giant slide was a good bonus. Lots of trampolines to play on, fun music and food/beverage/bathroom facilities available. Grip socks needed for the trampolines are available for $3 or $3.50 each. One hour of jumping was definitely enough time given we had the place virtually all to ourselves. Will visit again!

Negative experience: Worst customer service. The girl at the counter was a real horrible person, and spent her time flirting with a guy and holding up the trampolines for the kids. Disgraceful

Negative experience: Very poor customer service, the lady there which is the owner is very rude and has absolutely no manners. For your information, you need to book... She made it very clear while being rude and asking "Aren't you from Wagga?" Well yes, we are from Wagga but hadn't been there before, hence not knowing you need to book and not everyone looks at a website before they visit somewhere. The rude manners has obviously rubbed off onto the other staff, because when we were told to leave a young girl rushed out and demanded to see that I had signed out.

Fantastic experience: Have always had a great experience when visiting Flip Out. Despite what others say, the staff have always been accommodating and welcoming. My thoughts are if you have an issue with the size or layout of this business open your own. Great for birthdays and occasional visits.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Great fun for all ages. There is a designated area for kids under 10 with trampolines and a foam pit. Seating area for spectators and some arcade games too. I went the 1 hour for $15 and $3.80 extra for the socks.

Fantastic experience: Have been here twice in the last week and my 3 year old has absolutely loved it both times! The only time he didn’t was when we were leaving have found all the staff to be amazing especially while under so much pressure! My only complaint would be that parents need to pay more attention to their child but no fault to the staff or management

Negative experience: I decided to take my son to flip out on a Saturday morning (1030) to fill in time. Disappointed to be informed that you MUST make a booking before arriving. One other family was using the facilities at the time with one other family arriving in the thirty minutes we were at the venue. I don't mind if you have to book prior and can appreciate that but to advertise it only on Facebook (I don't use Facebook) and then berrate customers for not understanding their new policy is unacceptable. I have later learned that the woman whom I dealt with is the owner. Others I have spoken to are not surprised with the interaction I have had with the owner of Flip Out Wagga, if you find yourself wanting a trip to Flip Out Wagga... stay the Flip away!

Negative experience: A staff member explained to my 3 kids and I that they weren't allowed on the trampolines in the under 10 area because of their age (11, 9 & 8) and their height, but were allowed to play on the swinging bag in the same area, which was understandable. (Even though my 2 youngest are 9 & 8 but because of their height were not allowed). There is definately some miscommunication between staff as another staff member explained they weren't allowed to be in that area at all. But then the same staff member stood there and watched another group of boys enter the area who were obviously to old and to tall and continued to use the trampolines but said nothing. I will not be spending my money there again. I think more signs need to be placed around the area to explain it more clearly..

Fantastic experience: Stuart Park which hosts many of Wollongong's events is a pretty cool location. The parachutists landing is entertaining for kids. A lovely area in North Wollongong,adjacent to Beaches,Hotels and several Restaurants and Eateries, Heaps of play area for the Children, Bike track, picnic areas

Fantastic experience: My two boys, 5 and 9, plus my nephew, 18 months, loved Flip Out! Just the foam pits and trampolines would have been enough to keep them entertained for hours! You'd be hard pressed to find a better way to use up three little boys' energy!
