Fantastic experience: I LOVE aqua jetty. I am so grateful for this place I am a Gold member and love the variety, the sense of community, the hygiene and the affordability. Fantastic experience: My two young sons and I love aqua jetty. The swimming lessons are fun and engaging, the gym is always clean and the staff are wonderful. A special thanks to the ladies in creche' who do such a phenomenal job (and always with a smile).

Positive experience: It's pretty good, but significant portions of all the pools are reserved for swim lessons all the time. This includes half of the leisure pool.

Negative experience: It's rubbish. Needs an upgrade.

Negative experience: You must have more people than ever coming to this Centre, But it is so run down. Dirty,untidy.And that is mostly the changing rooms. And to top it off,Cold Showers. If the management actually used this Centre,For there own fitness and well-being.I wouldn't be writing this review. Disappointed.

Negative experience: Poor value for money. The steam room remains closed 6 weeks after first breakdown. Centre response is they are fixing it, it’s Council fault, can’t get part, and the list of excuses goes on. No accountability. Price remains the same, despite services out of order. This is certainly a poor business practice.

Fantastic experience: Great place with a cafe. However, the place needs to be aerated as the chlorine smell does hit your throat and eyes quite badly. Other than that, it's a good place for a swim.

Negative experience: Great warm pools .but the changing rooms are freezing. What's the go in winter .you need to go to pools and change in a warm change room that how people get cold .lots of mums and dads taken there kids out of warm pool wrapping a towle round then and taken out in cold hell guys that how kids get really sick sora heaps of kids running to cars with towle on freezing

Negative experience: The pools and lifeguards are good. But reception staff (warnbro)need serious training most are incapable of saying hello and goodbye basic customer service to create a nice environment. On Friday night I said hello and asked for a wrist band the lady totally ignored me while looking at her screen then handed a wrist band with not a word so embarrassing

Negative experience: This place is very frustrating. Nearly every time I go upstairs in the gym, someone gets in your way while your doing your workout. Personal trainers take over your space without any care. Using the pools, if you can manage to get a lane its so busy with swimming classes or other users, people will join in the lane your using and get in your way without asking. I take my daughter there for her swimming lessons and take for a swim after her class. There is very minimal space to even play around with all the classes they have in there and with half the indoor pool closed. This place is not cheap at $22-23 a week for full membership. If there was another place local that had a gym and pool I would 100% cancel my membership and go there.

Positive experience: Turn up the water temperature a few more degrees.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic centre for families. Gym has a range of equipment with good hygiene practices. Swimming lessons and great exercise classes.

Positive experience: Swimming pool was great, nice temperature. Gave 3 stars because changing rooms were grubby and the floors from pool to changing. Needs a good scrub. Slides and splash pool also closed. Will return to swim but go home to shower.

Positive experience: I have gone here my whole life it’s a good pool and was really cheap, they have move there prices up but other then that fun and might be a bit dirty but it’s not as bad as you think worse thing I saw was a bug in the pool other than that good and fun

Positive experience: I must commend the exceptional staff who consistently deliver a pleasant experience at the local pool and gym facility. The range of membership classes and gym amenities truly enriches the overall experience. However, my enthusiasm wanes when it comes to the pool area and its accompanying facilities. It's evident that the burgeoning population of our city has surpassed the capacity of the pool and its amenities. The ambiance often leaves much to be desired, prompting a preference to shower at home to ensure cleanliness. Furthermore, the allocation of space for weekend swimming lessons results in a significant portion of the recreational pool being inaccessible to regular users. This constraint amplifies during peak hours, with the bustling cafe barely accommodating the influx of patrons. It's apparent that expansion and modernization are imperative to meet the growing demand and elevate the overall experience. Regrettably, the decision by the Rockingham Council to postpone extension plans exacerbates the situation. I fervently hope that the council reconsiders, prioritizing the enhancement of these facilities to ensure they adequately serve the community's needs.

Positive experience: Good place to relax alone or with family. Good options between pools and sauna/spa. Hasn't changed for the past 10 years.

Negative experience: I've been here for 4 times (weekdays mornings) and the playing pool is always full with classes. Today there were 5 classes in that pool what meant the families had only tiny place to play. It's frustrating and disappointing. Otherwise my little one loves this pool.

Negative experience: Pool was good out side, lazy river was also nice but on the sides inside it was so wet and so was the Cafe. It needs more seats everywhere

Negative experience: I let the 3 month membership run out part way through- I was enjoying attending regularly despite the battle to get space to swim and the frustrating closures of pools/lanes etc. It was the disgusting state of the change rooms that did me in- even after the advertised (on the change room door) cleaning times the rooms were most often in filthy state, clumps of hair in the showers, slimy and moldy walls and of course the absolute annoyance of the press button showers limiting water flow so you have to keep pressing them to get rinsed off. Annoying as. I am hoping the new iteration of AJ is better but of course we have to wait an eon for this to occur.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, life gards are always around really great place for fitness and a relaxing swim

Negative experience: I had a lap swim session on 22/11/23, and could not believe how dirty the state of the indoor lap swimming pool area. Also, in all the public pools I have swam in from Leederville to Rockingham, I have never had a bad reaction to the chemicals used. My entire face was stinging even after a shower to wash off the pool water. I hope this has been noted, documented and checked for the safety of other community members. I hope the next swim I get the outdoor pool will not cause the same reaction.

Negative experience: Worst people ever the manager down there was not considerate at all especially with people with disabilities no understanding whatsoever. Wouldn't suggest to book a birthday party there for your kids. Go somewhere else.

Positive experience: Very clean and organised on the inside, warm and spacious, I was attending today to spectate interm swimming lessons. parking was a little limited and there is a LOT of litter in and surrounding the carpark.

Negative experience: I love this place even if local council seems to be letting it go to ruin. Mold in the showers, and used bandaids by the pool. The water slide is held up by so much rusty metal that it is starting to look iffy! Staff and staffing and the pools themselves are lovely, thank the gods.

Fantastic experience: Swam in the indoor 25m pool which is great. The only critism is the tiles were a bit grubby above the waterline but it didnt detract from my swimming experience. They have hot showers and communal change room. There are disable facilities, the staff are lovely and the water play pool huge and great for kids. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: A very disappointing school holidays visit for the kids. We were there from 8:15-10:15 on a Thursday and in that time the bubbles and some of the water features only came on for about a 20 minute cycle. The water slide was meant to open at 10 but the staff said it would now be 10:30 but we couldn’t stay longer to find out as my baby wasn’t going to last long enough to allow the big kids a few turns thereafter. The staff are also very good at putting an end to any self made fun the kids were having.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym around. Cafe has the best coffees and selection of foods all ranging from healthy, not healthy and in-betweens! The pool and gym is always so clean and fun to go around. The staff are super helpful and informative, my favourite gym ever.

Negative experience: Every time I have come here I have listened to my music with Bluetooth waterproof headsets, wired waterproof headsets and a waterproof mobile phone. Im not a little kid and it is my responsibility and the ownership is on me if I drop my mobile and it gets wet, hence the reason for waterproof mobile and accessories. Today I was told that I could not listen to my music because it was a wired headset. Waterproof mobile and headset mind you. Have cut my stay short from the spas today as it has bothered me that there seems to be different rules for individuals at this facility. I don't mind following the rules, I'm all for it. But don't just start taking notice now when I have been coming to this facility with now problems in the past.

Negative experience: Poorly managed. Impossible to get swimming lessons at times that work for families. End up spending every Saturday morning waiting for lessons cos it’s impossible to get them at the same time and every time we do finally get them to line up. One of the kids moves up a class and we have to start all over again. Finally got them to line up this week, booked it in online and they never put it in the system Outdated system and too many classes filled with no shows

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoy attending the Aqua aerobics and the Gym. Always meet new people. The Gym area has brand new machines and everyone using the area abide with the hygiene rules. The pool areas are very clean as well.

Negative experience: Have cancelled my 4yr old membership because predicting a good time to swim laps has become too stressful. Frequently all but three lanes in the outdoor pool are reserved, so you must share those lanes with several strangers. I cancelled yesterday because there were eight swimmers already in those three lanes and I'm paying $18.50 per week to experience overwhelming social anxiety. Management don't display reservation times because they prefer patron-lifeguard interaction. A hundred kids in the pool and you're encouraged to distract the lifeguards with repetitive questions about reservations and lane availability... If you want to swim laps either reserve a lane several days in advance, or cross your fingers and hope you'll show up in a lull between classes. There are more problems contributing to the 2/5 stars (i.e. poor bathroom ventilation means you smell feces whilst showering) but I don't want to write a manifesto to vent all my grievances. Just know that there are insufficient facilities and insufficient information provided for patrons to plan accordingly.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing group of people looking out for all of us. We love coming here, and I often wondered how can the Life Guards see every man, woman and child? Today I found out. Was swimming with my young one when a sudden pain strike in my chest. I managed to find a spot in the pool to calm down. Josh was over seeing the pool and thank God he did. I was met by Brandon who took me to the First Aid room and gave me much needed Oxygen. I would personally recommend Warnbro Aqua Jetty to any1. You and your family are in the safest hands. Positive experience: Loved this place! Great staff, excellent amenities. Except that they don't have a zero tolerance to bullying policy. I was harassed and bullied by two aggressive males. They were not told to leave, so I had to. Very disappointing and I no longer feel safe there.

Negative experience: Wow what an experience that was. Was supervising my son and thought I would take a photo of our first time here. Apparently that's not allowed. Yet you allow 12 parent on their phones plus one on there computer to sit there texting not supervising their children in the pool. Wow your life savers must love being baby sitters. I must have my priorities wrong.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous customer service. Children under 17 got turned away on MULTIPLE occasions despite having a VALID membership; one child kicked out with no way to get home for HOURS without any assistance/support from the staff. The lady who I spoke to when the children were turned away was rude, belittling and disrespectful - when talking to her she walked away to serve someone else!! SO DISRESPECTFUL. Youth at this facility get constantly judged by staff and fellow members for their age, it’s UNPROFESSIONAL and DEVASTATING that adults still treat youth this way especially in a public recreation centre. This ISN’T a SAFE or FRIENDLY environment and I would not recommend going here. I will be revoking my membership ASAP, Aqua Jetty you NEED to do better and we deserve more than an apology.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest gym in Perth. So welcoming. Everyone is caring and wonderful and I love that I have a Livewell program that is designed for people in my age group. I love love love the group fitness. It is absolutely fantastic People say hello. The fitness instructors say hello. I feel a part of this community. Can’t go wrong in joining it is well priced. Positive experience: Super Nice reception staff , bit odd that your told to wear face masks in the water due to covid. Did anyone tell the 'management' that wet face masks do nothing ? Odd very odd Social distancing or no limit as in the MARC more logical

Positive experience: Cafe has decent coffee with alt milks. Somewhat clean and beautiful outdoor area with shade and barbecues available for use. Plus outdoor playground for children.
