Positive experience: Staff were helpful and venue was very affordable . Hydro pool dressing room floors were wet and without Matt's making dressing for someone with restricted movement very difficult. Temperature, equipment, and cleanliness was good. No assistance or supervision was provided.

Negative experience: Being turned away from my hydro sessions That I have been doing doing for 2 years Was a disaster today I have a disease and being doing this for 2 years as a valuable customer And being put aside for children is very bad I think that you’re loyal patients for hydro should be given priority no matter wha I am now going to Warner’s Bay Because of the way you treated me I will never be back PLEASE READ THIS I HAVE NO Problem with kids BUT I have a condition called Huntington disease that I find children around me very difficult to concentrate and do exercises So I think it is best for me WARNER BAY as I can concentrate There rules say NO KIDS in Hydro I think this is good for both of us

Fantastic experience: Great 25m pool if you want to swim laps while Swansea and Speers Point pools are closed for winter. You can't do tumble turns because the pool is too shallow, but hey, it's better than no swim at all and the showers are hot. The aquarobics classes look like a blast but I haven't tried them yet.

Negative experience: 25m pool very shallow . This pool is not a pool I would recommend for doing laps with tumble turns. I would say it's more of a walking pool.

Positive experience: Therapy pool a bit deep other heated pool is great

Negative experience: The old man that was working there this morning, did not even make an effort to serve me when I was waiting to pay to go in. He looked at me twice and looked away. I ended saying do you want me to leave the money here. He looked at me. It is pretty bad when an 8 year old comes back from the canteen and said that man is really rude.

Fantastic experience: Great place to learn to swim

Positive experience: Good to do a few laps or many. Both ends are shallow so don't dig to deep with your stroking or you will catch your nails on the bottom. Hard to pick when there will be a crowd or not in the 25m pool. Always lots of parents and kids in the learn to swim pool. Run mostly by volunteers.

Positive experience: Community driven swim centre. The place has a Hydrotherapy pool which you can use after an assessment by a Physiotherapist. There are also a couple other pools for general swimming and they are all heated. Independent swimming lessons also take place at the centre.

Fantastic experience: Great place to spend the day out of the sun on those 40 deg days, very affordable too.

Negative experience: Very disappointed took my 3 children there with family my twin daughters wore swim nappies as they always do when swimming and my mother in-law was confronted by the staff saying a woman ( who happened to be wearing a see through bikini) said that my daughters weren't wearing them in the pool apparently they were wearing normal nappies I am not irresponsible in the least when it comes to my children not to mention the dirty Band-Aids and other rubbish that was on the bottom of the pool and tiles all over the place completely soaked and slippery that place is nothing but an accident waiting to happen very disappointed and disgusted will defiantly not be going back there.

Positive experience: great facilities containing an inside 50 metre lap pool, a 25 metre (private use only but available for hire) heated pool and a hydrotherapy pool. with a shower, rest rooms, disabled facilities, swim school, kiosk and plenty of parking its a convenient and well maintained public pool thats great for adults and children.

Fantastic experience: What is there not to like about Valentine Pool. Wonderful helpful staff, clean well looked after facilities. Heated so you can use all year round meaning bored couped up kids in bad weather can be entertained easilly by popping down to Valentine Pool. As a parent have entertained the kids many a time at Valentine Pool whether cold winter day or 40 plus day when outdoor pool pools are like swimming in pea soup Valentine is climit controlled and refreshing even on the hottest days we had last summer.

Fantastic experience: Really nice venue with great hydro pool. The facilities are quite clean and most of the staff are absolutely lovely (there is one grumpy guy but he’s not rude or anything). They are respectful and inclusive of people with disabilities which makes going to therapy that much more pleasant.
