Fantastic experience: Amazing team with this very kind, friendly yet profesionale manners that make you feeling always wellcome! The managers surprisingly so humble that make the entire difference in the world! We are indeed a lucky multicultural country (united in one nation) making everyone to feel home! I do! ******* I am very happy to go to Michael Wenden swimingpool always & I've seen lot's of costumers are too.

Positive experience: Not bad but men's showers need a lot of maintenance...

Negative experience: I really like this Aquatic Centre, I go to the hydrotherapy pool, lifeguards are very friendly and very educated, the Reception area it is ok, they are all nice. But I have just one complaint, the disable room where the hydrotherapy pool is, "the lock" has not been fixed for about 3 months , and also there is always a problem with the shower head, if is not leaking, it doesn't stay in place. Right now you have to hold the shower head so you can shower, 1) I have problems with my shoulders 2) takes longer to shower If you tell somebody they just listen and nooothing is been done ... Thank you and I hope something can be done about it!

They really need to change the policy and be more polite with people. And understand the multicultural community. Most common complaints to most staffs are very poor customer service coz they think all thier customers are junkies so they look down and treat them like beggars. They turn thier back while you are talking very rude. The owner or the manager should look at this issue or maybe the manager are one of them too so no difference. BY THE WAY CLEAN YOUR POOL SO MUCH BIRD POOP, DIRTY AND NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY. TOILETS ARE DIRTY TOO.

Negative experience: Unprofessional customer service. They are not respectful to the members, Miscommunication was a big issue that I experienced with them. Unexperienced swimming teacher, my children spent one year and they still need more lessons to be confident in the pool alone with no guide. One day I found a lizard in the indoor swimming pool.

Negative experience: VERY VERY VERY bad experience the staff are unprofessional. They keep charging me in the holidays they are supposed to stop charging my two children because the lessons stop during the summer holiday. One more thing, when I asked to cancel my contract with them they did not mention the cancellation form that was supposed to sign it be for one month and I had to stop the lesson, they did not treat people with respect. Instead of apologising for the miscommunication they sent me an email to gain the fees for the last four weeks.

Negative experience: Facility and Trainers are great but management needs to improve the way they operate.

Fantastic experience: I really love coming here. I feel so comfortable at the gym and swimming pools. The people are so super friendly and respectful, easy access to everything, such clean pools and facilities, my husband wont go anyehere else. A family oriented atmosphere. We feel secure and confident here and because of this we can confidently achieve our weight loss goals. Thanks to all the wonderful staff here!!

Negative experience: my mates paid for the basketball court but that one fat staff wouldn’t let us go in and he forced us to pay 9$ per person as the entry free. would not suggest this place

Negative experience: BE AWARE!! Small and unattractive. Total rip off. I was upset as a young mum trying to find an outlet with her baby at the rude and unhelpful staff. Started baby swimming lessons and was told a minimum of 4 payments at almost $20! (And a admin fee) Then I rang to cancel after 4 weeks and they told me there is a cancellation form and a 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY!!!! A total of 8 weeks payments regardless. I was laughed at and told to bad, read the contract!

Negative experience: This pool needs clear and obvious signs encouraging people to clean before entering the pools, the past 2 times i have visited this pool my children have come home with conjunctivitis, on Saturday we left early as there was a family throwing fruit and bread rolls in the pool, also large families often set up their towels and bags in the main walkway to the pool creating a hazard which forces children off path and onto the bindii infested grass or onto the small side paths which get way too hot for little feet, just to get to the pool.

Negative experience: Worst Customer Service ever!!!! The hours state 6am to 6pm. No where does it state on any signage posted at the main entrance or around the facilites that the "pool" closes at 5.30pm and we MUST leave at 5.30pm Sharp if not you will get yelled at and abused by staff as you are packing up. Our Family were NOT in the pool and were packing up to leave after a lovely day spent at the pools to then get abused by a horrible individual who continued to yell at a 3 year old to move and if we didn't we should pay the $300 security fee if we wanted to stay and then told us not to come back. We had left your facility at 5.40pm 10mins after your unposted pool closure time. Your staff need to be educated in how they address customers who he could clearly see were in the process of packing up and leaving. We even tided up our area we used so that your staff didn't have to. You need to do better guys as this has left a bad impression of your facilities, your staff and their professionalism.

Negative experience: Bernie she is so rude .. She has zero sense . If U miss one payment she will treat with U that U have made any crime . Rest all staff is good and nice

Fantastic experience: Great local facilities. The outdoor pool is clean and warm, easy to watch kids. Swim school staff super energetic. Very affordable and healthy recreational activity to pass time.

Negative experience: Worst pool you could possible go to if I could give 0 i would 100% do it the second we walk through the doors there’s a guy with a chopped up beard giving us attitude trying to kick us out for claiming we have no guardian even though we had a guardian sitting outside on a phone call drinking a coffee and kicked us out and called employees and banned us from entering forever

Negative experience: Iwe are coming to here from last 3 years ans it's become so crowded now and single lane have more than 10 kids , 3 classes and pool length is so small. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Staff member Jœ is rude and his approach is low key no doubt but Reception Manager Jonathan is very immature, talks like an uneducated person, he doesn’t deserve to be a manager, he has no sense or capability of handling situations maturely.

Negative experience: It was good experiences but this year they deducted money from our direct debit without sending any notice during Christmas Shutdown period (4 consecutive weeks $17/w) without providing any swimming lessons. This is very unprofessional and cheating which you can't expect. They are not responding my emails/phones. If I find any better center then I will move my son from this center.

Negative experience: Great facilities but customer service very poor. Staff members repeatedly fail to give correct information about the fees and even fail to let us know what time there are no classes booked for the day. Not talking about the next day or next week. As I walk in after driving 15 minutes only to find out there is class going on with NO free ll anes open. Counter officer refuses to give the contact number for complaints.

Positive experience: My daughter is learning swimming for almost 2yrs now(dec). I can see a vast difference from a non swimmer to a confident one( she is still learning obviously). The teachers are cheerful and friendly. The class sometimes gets too crowded with students (only 4 students should be allotted per sessions so they can learn properly in that half an hour). I am so happy with Lachlan as he teaches the techniques to the kids rather than just finishing the class. In the past my daughter had done her two levels with Mirna and she thoroughly enjoyed with her.overall its good centre with water splash park for summer and outdoor pool as well. And i strongly sugget them to always refill the soap in the shower

Fantastic experience: It is a large and well maintained facility. The staff are friendly and helpful. Adequate parking including street parking. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Worst experience. Enrolled the kids in a swimming class. They gave us different teachers every week (5weeks already with 5 teachers). It was super hard for the little kids to adapt and trust when they have to meet different strangers every time. There were no consistency in the class. When asked at the reception, they told us the kids always get what they want. I mean are you serious? How do you expect the little kids to trust the stranger in the water. I called asking to cancel and they said they only have hard copy and would not receive an email nor digital copy. What a waste of time and money. Unless your kids are good with strangers do not send them here!!

Negative experience: VERY POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS A JOKE. This Rating is only for the Communication and Cancellation Policy My wife was going to twice weekly evening Aqua Aerobics classes that were recently cancelled after a Staff Member resigned - no one from the Centre had the decency to contact the people who went to the classes. There is a 30 day cancellation Policy, so for them no longer providing the classes my wife went to, (the sessions they do offer during the day do not work for her) she has to continue to pay them for 30 days.

Positive experience: happy with our experience in the swimming classes for my son. The team remained personable, professional, however it needs a better program to develop more skills to children. I wanted them to teach standing still in water (dog swimming) and how to react in case of emergency. These safety measures are more important in my opinion. Saying that, Team does phenomenal work as much as possible every class.

Negative experience: Very unorganised. When I had provided all details via phone and they confirmed the dates for my both kids to start swimming, the centre was not ready. They passed from one person to another and here I thought all was done. I had provided payment details on my initial phone and then on the day we we came. 2 weeks later received text saying payment didn't go through. Came in and provide payment details for the 3rd time. This time they only update it on one child and the other still had outstanding payments. Didn't get any notice or text message again after 2 weeks that payment has not gone through. Then they charged me extra $10 per child for not providing correct payment details. How is this fair?

Fantastic experience: Just joined the centre, mainly for Aqua Aerobics and i am loving it, friendly helpful staff, the centre was clean, the Aqua Fit class is amazing, love it here. There are 2 parking losts, front and back. Prices are decent too if you're motivated enough.

Negative experience: I keep on getting constantly double booked for the basket ball courts even though we book in a week in advance, no consideration for us, basically just told us tough luck.

Positive experience: Went there for the Futsal, the place is nice and big, but it's just a basketball court that's huge and enjoyed it overall but downside it's probably the ground is not artificial Grass.

Negative experience: it is so horrible I don't even know where to begin. There memberships are problematic as they have lied about things in contracts and overall are manipulative and rude. The manager and customer service is a whole level more outrageous and not understanding about customer values and only care about money.im warning u dont come to this place. go to whitlaim center atleast there better.

Negative experience: Just got turned away at 3:30 on a very hot day after a very hot drive and a very upset and disappointed child who wasn't aloud to enter centre' because they were "full" first time visiting and will never go again.

Positive experience: A great place to take the kids to cool off. They have a splash park which is fully fenced so you don't have to worry about your child getting out and running to the pool.

Negative experience: 1 month ago I went to that place with my friends and I had a bad experience. I drowned and I was literally catching my last breathe. The worst thing that my friends were screaming and calling the Lifeguards and the Lifeguards were just right next to the pool standing and talking to eachother and none paid attention. This place has the worst stuff and I'll never go there again.

Fantastic experience: Very clean environment, pool for the training and the one outside both are very well maintained. Professional trainers and have proper assessment in place to move kids to higher levels. Very reasonable rates. Thumbs up to Anna (the in-charge of pool) and Andrew (the trainer).
