Positive experience: Great centre.. but be careful with parking, they will ticket you any chance they get! Be sure to check the signs for the spot you choose as some are for local residents only!

Fantastic experience: PARC is now becoming our routine place for weekends though we live a bit far from here. My boys really love their waterslides, so much fun! They also have school holiday programs with floating obstacle course. The kids love this but you need to book early as they are so popular and run out quickly. We love this place and definitely will come often.

Positive experience: The experience was amazing and I went with my friends but when it came to this one guy he was extremely rude and basically fat shaming my friend please fix that and it will be better!!

Negative experience: NOT IMPRESSED! Terrible hygene, I did catch Tinea. Carpet in front of lockers that were available was soaking wet. Dirty corners on steps into pool since months. Complained four times, was told if I complain often enough, maybe something gets done about it. I think I shouldn't have to say anything! Most lockers are not available, only the ones in cold pool area, some do not stay locked. Had an ice cold shower, which was not adjustable. Spa jets didn't work for weeks, but are fixed now. Next month the member price goes up. What for? Certainly not for good service I am paying for!

Negative experience: Water slides and other facilities are fun however very disappointed in the lack of inclusion and disability awareness of the staff here. I came with an 11 year old child with autism. We came specially for a booking on the inflatable obstacle course. He has done these at other locations before without a problem and was SUPER excited. Cost was extra above pool admission for the obstacle course for a half hour time slot on the course. We booked ahead picked the earliest morning time hoping it wouldn't be too busy. First issue occurred as we went through the sign in area, my child was wearing a pair of goggles as he has a lot of anxiety about getting water in his eyes and can’t participate in swimming without them. There is no mention of not being allowed to wear goggles when signing up to the obstacle course. The staff member on the gate told him to take off his goggles, the child became distressed, so I asked the staff member if he could keep them on, the staff member asked if he had a medical condition that meant he needed them on, I explained he was autistic and had sensory issues that meant he was very sensitive to water in his face and not having them will cause severe anxiety and he may not be able to do the course without them. The staff member smirked at me and replied “so he doesn’t have a medical condition” and refused to allow him to keep his goggles on. Second issue was that the obstacle course was small, one way, single file and no space to go around each other in most parts. They absolutely packed it full with so many people that is was impossible to find any space. There were also people from 6 years old all the way up to adults on there at the one time. There was no strategic management of the masses, everyone was let on at the same time with no gaps left so some older kids, teens and even adults were being extremely rough barging past less physically able or smaller kids and making it really hard for them to get through the obstacles. There were a few life guards stationed around the course but all were young teenagers who were not doing anything to control the crowd. My 11 year old was already anxious about not having his goggles on but was able to get past this and got to the first obstacle but quickly became stuck as people were pushing past and over the top of him moving the obstacle so much that he wasn’t able to get himself out of the situation. He put his hand up and yelled to life guard for help but no one came to help him or to stop people moving over the top of him. I was supervising from the side but wasn’t allowed in the water so yelled instructions to him for the side to try and help him. He ended up falling in the water, getting water in his eyes and then was unable to continue with the course as he felt much too unsafe. There were at least two other children I could see having similar problems and both myself and the parent of the other children pleaded with the staff and then the manager to help the children access the activity. I suggested multiple options: I pay for a spot to go on with him, I go in the water alongside him but not on the obstacle course itself, they attempt to spread out the people on the course to give the younger kids room to move, they let the children that couldn’t access the course have 2 mins to do one lap of the course without the crowds at the end of the half hour time slot. The manager and staff denied all requests and gas lighted my 11 year old who was trying to explain why he felt unsafe by saying “I think you just don’t like particular kids being on it”. I then very politely requested a refund considering he did not get to do the activity and that was also denied with no explanation other then “we don’t do refunds”. Sadly my 11 year old left feeling very deflated and disappointed in himself for not being able to access an activity when he could have left feeling empowered having conquered a difficult task with just a little bit of flexibility and understanding from staff at Parc. Please educate your staff on neurodiversity and inclusion and do better.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities recommended for the whole family. Heated pool, children's pool and spa, sauna as well. Friendly staff. Disability friendly. Wheelchair accessible.

Positive experience: Time visited Wednesday midday. There was fair amount of people in the sauna spa section main pool not so much. Parking is hard to find and you need to pay for it. You get 4 bucks reimbursement maximum I think. Too much mucking around if you are not familiar with the system. Good luck

Negative experience: This place has gone downhill. From parking to customer service to facility. Billing is horrible. You get charged left right and centre without any explanation. They tell you they'll have someone call you back to correct it and they never do. New system is not user friendly.

Positive experience: My wife and I are regular users of the Centre and use the warm pool with spas and steam rooms. We love coming to the Centre and the staff are very helpful and friendly. However management need to address a number of issues which are very annoying :- 1. You need to do something about the car park machines which regularly become out of order and often run out of tickets. We have already lost $5.00 over the last month. As casual users if the machines don't spit out a ticket we cannot get our money back through the voucher system at reception. Every time the ticket machines don't spit out a ticket we have to ring the Council to get our money back. 2. Quite often the lockers will not accept credit card payments. This is extremely annoying and time consuming to seek alternatives at the Reception desk. 3. For months now the wall mounted hand drying machines in 3 change rooms have not worked. 1 and 2 above are very time consuming. We come to the Centre to relax and enjoy the services provided and not to be stressed out every time we visit thinking "what won't work this time". Ernest

Fantastic experience: We went to PARC with our one year old and had a fantastic time! We spent hours enjoying the pools, splash park, and slides! The space was clean and inviting. My partner made use of the wellbeing space as well. We were very impressed and would highly recommend visiting to families with children of any age!

Positive experience: Great place, great facilities - only issue I have is the amount of people that use the sauna with no towel underneath them regardless of all of the signage - meaning that all of the sweat that drips off of them is going directly onto the timber where you sit. It’s gross. I’ve only ever seen one lifeguard ask patrons to go and get a towel and to check the signs.

Negative experience: $8 more Per Week full access compared to their nearest competitor . Reception staff Arrogant & Abrupt

Negative experience: Highly recommend don’t send your child here for swimming lessons. My 4 year old daughter was put in the corner crying and when we tried to get her out of the pool her swimming teacher tried to stop her coming to her father. Did try to speak to the swimming teacher and manager about this but constantly had reasons to not take my calls. I have moved her to another swimming school and she has learned more in 3 weeks than she did here in a year and a half.

Fantastic experience: I love the classes at PARC as they do offer a wide variety. They have excellent machines and equipment in the dedicated gym area. The pools, both hot and cold are delightful. A great inclusive, and friendly gym where you find every age group doing their bit to keep fit!

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, parking can be in high demand. Swimming teachers are amazing and so are the deck supervisors. Facility is always clean and staff are always helpful and friendly with big smiles.

Positive experience: Good facility understaffed or badly managed. There is not enough cleaning done when it’s busy. The cafe tables take to long to be cleared and are rarely wiped, and the floor is always covered in food. Particularly bad during busy periods but there should be enough staff to cope, changing rooms and showers can also be disgusting.

Positive experience: Great facility for entertaining the little ones. We take our toddler there regularly to use the splash pool and small water play area - it's always a challenge getting him to leave. Family change areas are very convenient. The only challenge is parking, so factor in a bit of time to find a spot.

Positive experience: While the facilities are great for all, the parking for those with a disability permit are incredibly underwhelming. It is not uncommon for me to do 4 or 5 laps of the carpark to find an appropriate parking spot for my client that requires the extra space to have the car door open to its limit. There are times when we are unable to enter, because there is simply no where to park. There are also times when the few available disabled toilets/ change rooms have a long wait time due to the demand for specialised facilities, which makes it difficult to manage my clients individual needs.

Positive experience: No outdoor pool, can get quiet hot inside. Otherwise great for everyday swimming even on cooler days

Fantastic experience: It’s my younger song (13 years old) who found this center to try their “dangerous” waterslides and he absolutely fell in love since our 1st visit. Though it’s about 45 minutes drive from my home, we did go there whenever we have a free day. The 10-time pass suits us better as if I buy tickets at the counter, they charge me a non-swimming entry fee which is about $3.50 plus my two boys’ fees. Their water playground is great too and can fit in lots of kids at a time. They have 3 kinds of waterslides and fits different age groups. The adults can enjoy playing the waterslides too. We definitely will come to this center often.

Fantastic experience: I took 4 x 12 and 13 year old boys and they all had a ball. The water slides are fabulous but they loved the water play area and the heated shallow pool too. The staff are always helpful, polite and ready for action. Love taking all my grandkids to PARC.

Negative experience: There 40 people in a “below knee” pool and same size leasure pool, apparently for lessons, but empty. Kids jump in but get sent away by lifeguards, over and over again. Silly enough I tried to ask for a reason of such imbalance, but got “this pool is going to be close for public from now on just because you asked” reply. Management can’t do much as it seems.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym experience I've had. Great facilities, wonderful staff and a very positive vibe from the moment you walk in the door. I use all parts of the venue including the pool and all are highly recommended.

Negative experience: Usually I would not leave such a negative review of anything however, today I was almost ready to ask for a refund. We tried to arrive off peak times to avoid serious overcrowding of the kids pools. However after paying and entering, we arrived to find all kids pools closed, water sides closed, kids playground closed with only 20m of a single 25m lap lane open for an large number of adults and children to play and learn to swim. I can understand that hygiene and cleaning of the kids pool is a must and I do appreciate the effort and necessity to keep the kids areas clean. Hence the 2 stars. However the lap lane pools had all of 3 patrons swimming in 8 lanes. Perhaps the center could look at allowing recreational access to a slightly larger area of the big pool. Or allowing supervised kids to play in the 4 lanes without guide ropes - at times when more then half the pools in the center are closed. I felt sad for a grandmother spending time with her grand son in an empty slow lane (shared with my two small children) who was asked to vacate and move to the crowded designated 20m square at the other side of the pool. I hope management can figure out a way to better share this community funded resource with more of the community.

Fantastic experience: Top class facility. Pool is first rate. 50m opens at 5am. Love this pool. One of my favourites in Melbourne. Therapy pool, kids pools, something for everyone.

Negative experience: Very bad service. Staff are not friendly. I don’t even want to give 1 star. During the school holiday time(Dec and Jan), no swimming lessons but charge me all the time. When I’m trying to cancel my daughter swim lesson, they charge me another 28days. I’m not happy with that. They just hungry for the money. Service is very bad. Discrimination!

Fantastic experience: Very clean, and tidy, Changes room were also clean. Big with lots of Kids play area, especially controlled temperature water. Large kids free play pool(also controlled temperature) two water large slides for family fun. A must visit with family for fun filled water play day.

Positive experience: Great swimming venue for both lessons and leisure. Can be a little pricy if you are a family and not members- $38 for a family with 3 kids. Parking can be a real pain as it is very busy on school days in the afternoon/evening making it very difficult when you have multiple children trying to get to a class on time.

Positive experience: Great pools and waterslides but the let down is you pay for parking to get in and for lockers the whole lot cost you about 30 dollars just to go to a pool

Negative experience: I went to the gym and it was a waste of time and money. I had a look on the website before I went and it said there was over 50 cardio machines because that's what I wanted to work on and there was only 4 cardio machines and I was expecting a lot more cardio machines and a better gym, so that was false advertising. I was there for 30 minutes, didn't like it and walked out not happy, definitely not worth $24 for a casual visit. So I won't be going back ever again and I will be going back to core 24 gym which is a lot better and cheaper

Fantastic experience: PARC has everything and the whole facility is kept 5 star shipshape n equipment updated to current standards. Only limitation is the 50m pool gets minimum hours of a Monday-Friday morning before the boom is used making it 25m. No 50m on weekdays.

Negative experience: Facilities are great, staff not so much. They don't tell you on entry that most of the pool is blocked off for lessons. They let you pay to get in and then not be able to use the pool. But that's only after they leave you standing in the entry line while they catch up on their "weekend catch up" chat. When I went to ask why they don't tell us that the pool is blocked off I was told "well we don't know" Not friendly, not nice people.

Positive experience: If this place had an outdoor pull it would be even better. Pretty good gym and great aquatic facilities. Sadly, though, a visit for a family with a couple of kids is insanely expensive. You even have to pay to watch children swim even if you do not use any facilities. A membership is better value but even th net is quite costly. If they could sort out pricing for people who only go once or twice a week and something that families could afford to do once a week. It would be a really great thing because it is a community resource. But at the moment only communitremembers with a good amount of disposable income can go.

Positive experience: Great centre but needs a lot of updating. Bathrooms are constantly dirty and not cleaned properly. Slides, drink fountains, showers, and lockers are constantly broken and needing repairs Edited as the centre seems to have updated their cleaning schedule. Showers in particular are looking a lot better.

Fantastic experience: This is a great, fun, affordable day out for the family. Facilities are fantastic with friendly, helpful staff and lifeguards. There are multiple pools for all ages and abilities, 2 large slides and a water park with 3 smaller slides, splash buckets and other water toys. Often have an inflatable obstacle course and inflatable zorb ball to play on. Available for parties. Good parking, locker hire, delicious cafe but you can bring in food from home too. It's definitely a favourite!

Positive experience: Went today (last day of school holidays), it was busy but manageable. If I didn't know any better, I'd say it was salt water, the taste and sting is very strong and salty. As expected, 90% of attendees use only the warmer pools, so the cold (larger pools) were very quiet and the warm pools were very packed. Not really room enough for swimming, just bobbing around. The play ground area is great for all ages. Well manned with life guards and regular announcements/reminders.

Also, Parking machines were inoperative, which caused issues & delay to seeing my grandson swimming with his school. Fantastic experience: This is a bright large centre with water fun for all the family. Worth the drive from anywhere. Parking is refunded if you're there for the pool. Lots of swimming lanes too. Quite strict on parental attention to kids. Lots of staff patrolling pools. 10 out of 10 from me

Positive experience: I love parc. The gym is fantastic and all the creche staff are wonderful. It enables me to do what I need to do. And know my kids are in great hands. Although it would be nice if there was some afternoon creche sessions as well. To give that little bit more flexibility for when when I come in. The only other thing I would say is. That it would be nice if the stretch/warm up area in the gym was be bigger. I know there is restricted room. But it is hard to try and warm up or cool down sometimes. Without feeling like you are encroaching on the person next to you. Other than that everything else is top notch. And when you are a full member what is on offer to you is unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: I like go to Parc for aqua exercises on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday night and Friday morning, sometimes on sat morning, aqua exercise teachers are very nice and they know I am deaf. Also Les Mills Core Lou S is very nice and friendly. I have not been doing Les Core for while will back on December. Gym and hyper warm pool too. Would like try different exercises in future.

Negative experience: Pretty poor customer service. Members aren’t really valued in my opinion.. I had used my “allowed 8 week suspension” so the only option was to pay for a service I’ll not be using for 6 weeks whilst there are no lessons or cancel and then rejoin & pay a rejoining fee. I even enquired about signing up to a full membership and I was told to reach out to them separately. Seemed liked I was just put in the too hard basket. Facilities ok. But very disappointed with the level of customer service.

Fantastic experience: My 10yo boy and his friends love this place. Once a week Maximum though or I start to hear this place is boring. Kids want so much variety these days. In general staff are great, the kiosk menu could do with a bit of variation throughout year but is sufficient.

Positive experience: i joined up mainly for the gym, which I would rate as generally good but a bit on the small side compared to some others in the area. In peak times it gets almost too busy, and you often have to wait to jump on some of the gear. Also it can be hard to find somewhere to even just stretch out. At non-peak times its pretty good (but then given its not 24 hour that can be a bit limiting). The equipment is ok, but in the time i was there it was annoying the number of machines that had broken down, some of which were out for over a month. There doesn't seem to be much of a maintenance schedule (which is unfortunately pretty much the same at every gym). Also like with every gym, there's not enough cable trainers; put in more cable trainers already.. They do have enough treadmills though, they could easily get rid of 30% of those without inconveniencing anyone to make more room for other things. Much of the machines make the point of being internet connected etc, but in reality that probably only worked on a third of the machines i tried. There are lots of classes available, but note that if you want to get into the popular ones you will need to remember to jump on the (rather clunky) portal to book as soon as they become available, you cant just wander in and do them. Outside the gym itself, I have never tried the main pool or waterslide so can't speak about them. The remedial pool area is pretty good and not too busy. There's a steam room and sauna, though the sauna is not that big and often ends up full. The steam room is the same size but generally not as busy. Wherever you are there is no shortage of lifeguards, should you be worried about drowning or passing out or something. They do do a much better job of basic cleanliness and hygiene than other gyms i've tried, so points for that. Overall I would say its towards the high end of pricing for what you get, if all you want is a gym. Unless you also want to go swimming and jump on the waterslide, in which case its reasonable value. For gym only, there's better deals around. Note there's an option for pool only, but no options for gym-only (at least that was the case when i was there). Which means full membership or nothing. Anyway, i decided to leave after they tried to pitch a cost increase as a "small price adjustment", which really got up my nose and inspired me to move on. It wasn't the amount but the way they were trying to sell it. I'm pretty sure no-ones membership was adjusted downwards. Would probably rate it 4 stars but they lose a star just for that. Pros: They do a pretty good job of keeping things clean. There's always onsite parking to be found. No minimum period, 28 days notice to end membership. Apparently they have a waterslide, if that's your thing Cons: Expensive if you only want gym access. Comparatively small gym for the patronage, busy in peak times. Highly annoying entranceway and turnstiles that are forever breaking down (ffs, fix them properly - how hard can it be?). Not 24-hour which kind of puts it in the minority of gyms nowadays.

Fantastic experience: Ricki is an absolute legend! Always has time for a chat and to fine tune your program! Great guy who really knows his stuff, why they don't put him on more shifts is beyond me! He knows his stuff and doesn't stand around encouraging the mothers clubs hogging machines like some other trainers do, never rude, but always keeps everything moving along so those of us that train (rather than socialise) can get in and get out without fuss

Positive experience: Good for swimming and joint recovery from injury the gym is good for beginners, maybe they should register for a my first gym franchise!

Negative experience: Parking is terrible, no where near enough spaces. Ended up getting a parking fine for parking out on the street as my son needed to be in for his swimming lesson.

Positive experience: I love this place. But today was disappointing. They had swimming lesson for half the day so most of the pool was close. Only the baby section was open.

Positive experience: The place seems to be running into a bit of disrepair.... The spa was out of operation for a fortnight... There's been no scales at the gym for a month ... Not sure what's going on with the air conditioning upstairs... I pay 1000 dollars a year.... It would be a real shame if it went downhill...

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the hydro part they have it all pool,spa, sauna and steam room. You can do physio therapy there. The swimming pools looks like fun the kids love it. If you haven't been you should go.

Negative experience: Approached management regarding their ability to help disadvantaged children enter the facility at an affordable price. They couldn’t care less. Took a month to reply to my email and then only because I chased them up. They then paid lip service to the enquiry basically fobbing me off. No help, poorly administered organisation. Don’t care! All about the dollar. Frankston Council should be ashamed of their association with this facility.

Negative experience: Do not let your children eat here, out of 6, 5 went down with nausea/vomiting, cramps and the runs. All 5 ate the chicken and fish. Kid #6 just stuck with hot chips and is fine. Please either ensure food handling practices are rehearsed, or for anyone concerned stay away from the chicken and fish at this facility.

Fantastic experience: I use the hydro pool at this facility and highly recommend parc to all family and friends. Your staff are awesome. The most I've been relaxed in years. Thanks.

Positive experience: I’m rating the gym only. This place is massive with very little segmentation of areas. The stretch area is non existent with room for about 3 mats and nowhere for box jumps etc. Over sized, rows and rows of machines, too busy. Not my type of gym at all.

Positive experience: Budget cuts are starting to show with the amenities. Pool temps dropped to cut costs of heating. Cafe closed during open hours due to lack of paid staff. Urgents repairs being delayed. Tbh I feel bad for the staff who try their best to maintain a young building while always keeping a positive attitude to its members

Negative experience: I regularly go swimming at Parc. After getting to my car I realised I must have left my swimming cap near the lanes. I went back in and asked reception if I could go back in to get it and they said no. They said nothing had been handed in and I was to give my name and phone number in case it was found. I restated that it had literally just happened and I just wanted to go and get it. The man said no and asked me to describe it. I got no phone call. Absolutely ridiculous - I’d paid to use the pool and now will be paying again for a swimming camp that I wouldn’t need to pay for had I been able to quickly look for it. And to think I was going to sign up for a membership next time I visited.

Negative experience: Don't bother..virtual classes cancelled x3 no notice given, even after confirmation by email and face to face staff that classes on and booked half an hour prior. Told last minute at the desk "sorry nothing can be done." Clunky website replacing app. Cleanliness level average. Disorganised staff and poor communication with members and between staff. Cancelled Membership within a month.

Negative experience: I have been taking a client with disabilities to the hydro pool for 2 years. With in that time we have had nothing but bad experiences with change rooms being very un hygienic, hoist and bathing tables not working. I have emailed them numerous times regarding these issues.

Negative experience: Nice pool but the sauna here sucks. Hardly hot and manager says it's working so no refund. Best just to pay for a swim.

Positive experience: Great place for a play and a swim, but you pay for everything, including watching your kids swim, Spectators fee $3... Oh, but you also have to supervise your child. Anyway, Slides were closed. which was disappointing. Good but not overall impressed.

Fantastic experience: Great for the kids with big indoor water slides (check times for when they are open). Warm water pool, sauna and spa in an enclosed area seperate to the main pool. Cafe is accessible from both the main entry foyer and the pool side.
