Negative experience: No stars for the management of this gym. Stopped taking membership money Dec 2024 for renovations but when re-opened in June 2025 just started taking money again without asking. They claim an email was sent in June 2025 asking if still wanting membership but because of "no reply" they just assumed yes and started taking membership money. In what universe is this a "yes take my money"?? No p/call or customer service to check if person is still alive or dead. In fact the member had left the state and had no reception where he worked. Said no refund would be given. Very poor ethics in a small community Snap Kingaroy! Update to this review: I note reply from Snap Kingaroy which wins a further reduction in stars to -5 for the following: 1. My name spelt incorrectly after numerous private direct emails to this owner about this issue. 2. It appears the owner is far more concerned with "being right" than caring about customer service. I also note from her response to other people's reviews that she is just determined to "be right" & give excuses as to why she is right, rather than have some humility. 3. Have some integrity and business etiquette, meaning, it is my prerogative to mention my situation & circumstance, however it is not Snap Kingaroy's prerogative to air my situation details publicly. If you want to answer me, then answer me privately and don't see this as a platform to get me back!! 4. My point has been further proven by the response - ie. happy to greedily continue to take member money based on a "no response" to an email without bothering to check if the person is ok with it. 5. No evidence of supposed email from Snap Kingaroy can be located.

Fantastic experience: I used this gym when visiting Kingaroy this week. It's simple & has everything you need. The gym was also in good condition, tidy & has a relaxed atmosphere. I found the staff to be very friendly, down to earth & will recommend this others wanting a local gym train at.

Positive experience: Since Kingaroy Snaps upgrades there's some good, but a lot bad too. There's no longer deadlift platforms. Though there's some new equipment which is cool it also got rid of other equipment that were good. Need more bars, not one power bar here and having to use deadlifting bars to bench even The now unisex toilets have been gross nearly every time the last week and no sanitary disposals in any single stall??? No where to store bags anymore just having to pile them together near a blank wall. As a member for a few years its dissapointing seeing Kingaroys standard compared to every other Snap. I hope that upgrades just aren't quite complete and they're gonna get on top of these things.

Negative experience: I just drove an hour to come to this gym, and it's closed due to flooding. Can you not put a notice on your website before people show up and get disappointed.

Negative experience: Visiting the Burnett region recently and wanted to go to SF. I drove 45 mins to find out the gym was closed. Nothing at all to say on the website about being closed. Website says OPEN 24 hours. Tried to call and email a few times, no answer. Disappointed that manager/owner couldn't have the decency to reply to my messages. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I won't be going there ever. 1 star is 1 too many. Update your website for any non local people who want to use SF and aren't on your "social media channels". Not good enough Kingaroy. Not a good review compared to the Brisbane SF gyms.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, smiling staff, clean space and tidy You have 3 professional coaches available with whom you can make an appointment, you have group classes Classic gym, with many diverse and varied machines, a room for free exos with steps, punching bags, etc... I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: A gym where I feel comfortable. Staff and other gym goers are super friendly and supportive. The classes are a lot of fun and the PT sessions are next level. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to join a gym.

Fantastic experience: Snap is the best place to start your fitness journey. I started when I was 14 and now I’m turning 18 very soon and l’m still going strong! Lovely people to see every day. 10/10 recommend.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym, the equipment is good. The layout is just horrible. Basically training on top of each other and other members don’t seem to understand general gym etiquette
