Conquer Fitness Kingaroy

Negative experience: The staff are lovely, but the quality of equipment has deteriorated over the years. Could do with a wider variety of machines and replacing some of the old and rusted ones or giving them some TLC. Some machines are borderline impossible for people to adjust, surprised no one has been injured from having to stack weights under their feet to get the right height on the machine. Missing some basic machines.

Positive experience: Great gym in the South Burnett - definitely the best gym I have been a member at. Reasonable membership prices, friendly staff, as well as a well-stocked in-store supplement house if that's your jam. A wide range of machines and fitness equipment too. The only thing that would make it even better is more bodyweight-geared equipment. Such as paralettes, different sized pull-up bars, a full set of rings, and so on. Overall, very good gym! (Debt is now paid for my free shaker)

Fantastic experience: Conquer Kingaroy is hands down the most versatile and helpful gym that boasts plenty of equipment from cardio, to machine and freeweights and even has a Sauna! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: After having 5 kids, this gym has quickly welcomed me with open arms… I have always felt comfortable in my own skin, and warmly greeted at the door, even when I’m off with the fairies!! Xx I drive 25mins to attend this gym and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the South Burnett xx

Fantastic experience: I have been going here almost a year now & I was super nervous walking into a gym environment where everyone else is in such good shape. Truth is the staff here from Christian to Amber to Lydia & Jordy are amazing. Never felt uncomfortable & everyone there is just trying to be a better version of themselves. The last 1-2 months I have been training with Emma and she is hands down one of the most caring, knowledgeable trainers you will ever meet. Go in, see the facilities, use the massage bed, train with Emma, Jordy, Declan or Ken. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Im very new to exercise and gyms but everyone has been lovely and supportive and made me feel better about it all. When I joined staff were lovely enough to do a free walk through with me and show me how to use some machines properly and gave great advise on what supplements to use and when. I'm enjoying the classes as well and definately looking forward to my first PT session.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with a large array of eqyipment. Probably the biggest range of free weights at a gym in the south burnett (that I have seen). Well priced memberships and also has the option of fitness passport which i have used in the past. Freindly staff members, who always greet you with a smile. Will be my gym for a long time to come

Fantastic experience: I initially moved to Kingaroy for my student placement but I decided to stay permanently in Kingaroy because of how Conquer motivated and inspired me to be better. The staff are so welcoming; friendly and hilarious and they constantly check in; that’s what drew me back. I really love conquer because it makes me feel like part of a fitness family; either than seeing great physical results; my mental health and confidence has improved tremendously due to the care of this wonderful team .
