Positive experience: Staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. However is quite run down and Facilities could do with a revamp.

Fantastic experience: My husband, John and I are doing hydro lessons with Cameron at Funlife Fitness Centre and couldn't be happier. The centre is an older building but very clean and in good order. The staff are lovely and there's an ambiance that makes even new members feel at home. Plenty of parking available is the icing on the cake. Can recommend this business to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I've being coming to Funlife for a few years to work with my physio after two knee replacements. Since December I have been attending aquacise classes with Jeff, Libby, Madi and Trudi. All instructors are fantastic, they explain why we do different exercises and give alternatives for those of us with tricky joints. They all individually made the time to find out my restrictions and have advice on how to manage those restrictions. I really enjoy these classes and love the music selection that we all sing along to. The other participants are all lovely and welcoming too. I originally signed up for the month I was on holidays but will keep coming because of how much I enjoy the classes.

Fantastic experience: Great gym very well maintained, staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Not very busy so gym equipment is always available. I highly recommend this gym for anyone and everyone.

Positive experience: An overall good gym with a nice community who always helps out. Nothing bad about it but it is just a little smaller than other gyms which is the only reason it is a 4 to 5 star

Fantastic experience: I have to give another Big shout out to Funlife Fitness Centre. I suffered an injury and could not do any gym work for over 2 months. I thought this would impact my membership, however raising the issue with team member Sarah, she instantly resolved my problem there and then. Sarah's customer service in my opinion went well above and beyond what I expected. So again a huge Thank you to Sarah and the team at Funlife 10/10.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and service

Negative experience: I attended this centre for hydrotherapy. And came out with a new injury. Not something you expect to happen when you attend for therapy. The venue does not provide adequate, safe supports for those with disability and mobility issues. Access to therapy area is down steep and deep steps. Entry into pool only has rails on one side. And the tiles are slippery. Shower cubicles are small, have no seating or grab rails. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. I am now left with an added injury needing treatment.

Fantastic experience: I ve been using the pool for about 3 months now and thoroughly enjoy both aquacise classes and free time in the pool and spa. So much so I've got 3 friends join up too and we're all having a fun time and getting fitter at the same time. Staff are all very pleasant too. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I didn't realise the benefits of an independent gym until I started. Staff are fantastic and have been very accommodating. They are also Covid safe.

Negative experience: I really disliked the place, it was like a retirement home for old people, the equipment was old and bad and one thing I hate mostly was the lady Amy, she was being rude and terminated my friends membership due to not having a towel

Negative experience: Banned because me and a group of friends refused to buy towels. Gym is crowded and not following corona rules

Negative experience: I took a 11 week break because someone past swayed in our family and I had motivation to work harder. So when I came back the lady at the front desk was saying even though I didn’t come I still have to pay. I didn’t go once why do I have to pay, they love to scam people and she refused to bring a manager to me. She kept on shouting at me and didn’t give me a chance to explain why I couldn’t come.

Negative experience: Lady at the front desk(Amy/Jamy) was rude on call while they had to refund the fee due to unavailability from their end. And they have charged us incorrectly even though there were no lessons scheduled on that day.

Fantastic experience: Great Service and I never have to wait for a machine.
