Fantastic experience: I recently started attending this gym through fitness passport. The staff are friendly and the owner is very welcoming. The gym equipment is in good condition. Never too crowded. During a workout I noticed a piece of equipment was damaged, and informed the owner; they were very quick to take action and to have it repaired.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this gym a few weeks ago and I would recommend it to everyone! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and there is everything you need to get a good workout, both with the machines and free body. Also, the classes are a plus. I will definitely try classes with PTs. A great discovery this gym!

The group training sessions are fantastic, suited to all fitness levels and are always different and challenging. The variety of memberships available is awesome and such good value for money. I highly recommend this gym to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Where to begin… Lets start off with the owner an incredible hard working lad who started with nothing and has never forgot where he is from, this is such a great thing to see in small town business where most people step over everyone else to better themselves. Second the facilities such a great selection of equipment spaced out with 4 different areas all serving a purpose and incredible group fitness. Lastly the staff super helpful, knowledgable and friendly giving an amazing vibe with and even better atmosphere!!! If 10 stars where possible this gym would get it!

Fantastic experience: I began training at PD HeadQuarters around a year ago. It was the first gym i felt comfortable with! The community was so drawing and the energy was unreal. Nothing like your average commercial gym at all. The local owner Paul Davis is in everyday catering to members needs and queries. And for those who know i have truely been sucked in!

The group training sessions for me with TJ are fantastic., challenging but most importantly have proven results for my fitness and health goals. Negative experience: DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY. This company purchased the liquidated Body Torque Fitness Gym, in doing so they decides they had the righ to access my banking details and direct debit nearly $1,900 over a period of time for a gym membership I did not sign up to (I do not live in Townsvile). Be very wary of these people, they are thieves and crooks. They openly admitted to this occurring to more people than just me, they openly admitted to charging me for a gym their system shows I have never entered. BE WARNED.

The support was next level always felt like he was in my corner and pushing me to get better. Paul my man you are one hell of a guy and I’m so greatful you got behind me and pushed me to achieve! Fantastic experience: AAA rating from me .Clean well equipped non judgemental gym. I have special requirements and utilise a PT professional 3 times a week to help with my strength Sharon gives to making sure I build muscle correctly and safely. Checks in daily if I am there or not .My practitioner is amased at my progress .Feeling stronger I have now signed up for the boxing personalised program for 10 sessions with Dan give it a go it's more than what you would think.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been a part of! This is the first gym I have ever felt comfortable in, which has allowed me to stay consistent in my training and push myself in ways I usually wouldn't. After almost a year here, I still look forward to coming in every morning to train. It can be owed to the incredible staff who are always welcoming, the atmosphere created in the gym itself and supportive community of people who train here. Couldn’t recommend it any more.

Fantastic experience: This place has such a great, genuine energy about it. The people are amazing, the staff are all super motivating and supportive and it’s true that “your vibe attracts your tribe” because the members I’ve met in the group classes are great too. I was (and still am haha) overweight and unfit when I joined a couple of months ago and there’s no ego anywhere here, just genuine passion to help you improve on where you are at.
