Fantastic experience: Thanks for welcoming me into your studio today on F45 Passport! Kel went well and truely above and beyond to make sure I got to the session (as an out of towner I got a little lost and Kel sent her mum to pick me up!)…felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door!

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with F45 Townsville Central to move better. Being over 50 and a long time inactive, I was starting to struggle with functional fitness. Kel and the gang made me feel welcome right from the start. I can now move much better and without the pain and the absolute exhaustion that I used to have. I love the weights days and the comradery at this gym. Every session has personal trainers and the sessions are always different, so no boredom there at all. BTW I am an ex bodybuilder (20 years ago) and have spent a few years at a Crossfit Box but this is, hands down, one of the best forms of fitness for me right now.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell that they truly care about helping everyone achieve their fitness goals. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and they are always available to answer any questions I have. The workouts are challenging, but Kelly and her team are great at supporting me to work harder and adapt exercises I can't do. They are always there to offer encouragement and support, which has helped me stay motivated. The variety of classes they offer is also amazing, and I always feel like I am learning something new. One of the things I appreciated most about Kelly and her team was their dedication to helping me stay focused. They truly believed in me, and it was their belief in me that helped me keep attending. I never felt like just another client, they treated me like a member of the family. My recent health results amazed my doctor and it is just the start of my journey. Overall, my experience at the studio is nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Kelly and her team to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. They are the best of the best and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to workout at their studio under their guidance.

Fantastic experience: F45 Townsville Central is the first gym I have ever been to where I have felt welcomed and like I belonged from day one. The trainers know everyone and they greet you by name every session. They are super helpful and supportive but most of all they are incredibly inclusive. If you want to have fun, get fit and make some great friends along the way, do yourself a favour and sign up. You will not regret it.

The members are all so lovely and trainers are great. They know when to push and when to provide encouragement. Music definitely worth a try if you are wanting to see what F45 is all about! There are no words of appreciation for Kelly and the team at F45 Townsville Central (and Gowa) They are more then just a fitness team/Gym club. They have built an environment for like-minded people, you get to be around the most friendliest of faces and the trainers are very supportive and fun I was looking to find a place to continue my fitness journey and I have never looked back since joining F45❤️

The support they provide during challenges and outside challenges is amazing. Fantastic experience: Best experience, was introduced to F45 and have loved every minute. The coaches are great motivators even at 5 am they’re keeping the high energy helping and motivating us to get through the session . Have even made some friends along the way .

Fantastic experience: F45 is always a vibe! The trainers are so so supportive, music is always pumping and the community is so inspiring. I love how it strength, conditioning and cardio, and some days when I have less energy, I can tone it down with low impact movement or lower weights, no stress. The music from the live DJ on saturdays really starts the weekend off with such a elevated mood, plus endorphins. WIN!

The variety or cardio and weights make sessions enjoyable, especially as they are changed in and out every month. The owners dedication and commitment to ensuring they know each and every client and being able to cater to their needs is second to none. Kelly and Leanne have created a safe, encouraging, motivating and community minded environment for everyone (no matter the age or ability) to come and exercise in and achieve their goals. Positive experience: I was hesitant to try f45 but signed up for a 2 week trial. I come from a more typical solo gym/run routine and have never done any group sessions or classes before. I actually really enjoyed the format and the way the sessions are run. Everything ran very smoothly and being in a group makes you work out a lot harder! Definitely a great way to get into HIIT training which can be very difficult to do otherwise because of the equipment needed and strict timing which can be difficult to do by yourself. I would really recommend this to anyone who is feeling a bit stagnated with their workouts or lacking motivation.
