There’s a really nice community vibe in the gym and Pat & Hazel + the rest of the staff are super approachable and have always been so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The gym itself is really clean, has plenty of space, shower facilities and all the equipment you’d need. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: Hummed and haa’d about joining a gym for years and finally bit the bullet and did it. No lock in contract absolutely sealed the deal as well as the low fees and promotion at the time. The Equipment is as you'd expect. Everything is clean and usable and great variety. Every experience with staff have been positive (i personally prefer a hands off approach) but feel pretty happy to ask for help if id need. Looks like a good range of fitness classes which you can find and book on the app as well as some extended in house programme. Overall very happy with joining. And would and have recommend to others.

They are not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely friendly and supportive!

Fantastic experience: The owners at this gym are absolutely lovely and customer centric. Had a slight billing hiccup (no fault of their own) and I left the customer service number a message. Hazel (one of the owners) was quick to call me back and we found a solution that was a demonstration of sheer good faith on their behalf. This experience likely made me a returning member! A lot of other franchises would not be so accommodating. Thanks again Jetts North Sydney team!

Fantastic experience: Jetts North Sydney has been my second home for over four years. What an amazing gym. It's not just a special place for me because of the equipment and training sessions I had there - it was the special culture that is fostered between staff and members. I made some great friends there over the years. It really is an amazing environment that breeds a confidence to train hard, enjoy yourself and make great connections with people with at the same time! It had everything I needed in terms of equipment and facilities, was located in a great spot in the heart of North Sydney and a fantastic team of staff who were always on hand to help or even jut have a friendly chat! I cant recommend this gym highly enough!! Big love Jetts North Sydney!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Staff are really friendly and professional. Well equipped - even if it's small. The staff are doing an excellent job in keeping the equipment clean and maintained. Overall, I can say it's one of the most pleasant gyms I've ever been in.

Fantastic experience: This is my go-to gym in North Sydney. Small but well equipped and quite clean. Multiple fully adjustable barbell racks. Lot's of free weights. And a good selection of machines. Staff are always friendly as well. The only down side is the machines can be hard to get access to during peak times. Besides that it's great value.

Negative experience: I have trained at this gym for over a year and loved it all the staff have always been polite and helpful but today I was openly shouted at and threatened by Pat Benatiti one of the personal trainers there. Ladies this may not be a good environment for you if you prefer to avoid this kind of aggressive male behaviour. This has ruined my whole experience with Jetts which is a shame because I finally thought I'd found a gym without the meat head mentality.

The equipment is all HQ and the gym itself maintained perfectly. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Just joined at this gym center a week ago. First impression, good quality service from staff and price is pretty good especially for student like myself. Many range of equipments and all of it are well taken care of. Busy time usually around lunch break and the time around when office workers are going home. 4 shower rooms, could be a little bit crowded at that time.

Fantastic experience: Very modern and well maintained gym! I love the feel of a cosy gym that's not too over crowded for a lunch time workout, where prices are decent and that's hygienic. I find this gym to be very clean with great equipment on offer and friendly staff who are always willing to have a chat or give you a hand with something if need be. I wouldn't look elsewhere! For the price you pay the services on offer are exceptional!

Fantastic experience: The recent refurbishment is an edition to the success of a gym which understands what it takes to meet everyone needs. An improvement indeed with all the different new machines and equipment which makes workout and exercises more fun to do and more effective in our training. I would recommend anyone to ask for Collin or Kell for any assistance if you have any questions about your gym membership or training regime. They certainly are professional and will genuinely look after you. I am an example of a happy member whom has just renewed my membership with Jetts in North Sydney. Come and check for yourself.
