I was very hesitant to begin, but with a two week free trial and the huge support from the trainers i havnt looked back and absolutely LOVING my experience. I have met so many new people and have been able to work at my own pace and focus on my own set goals. The cost of membership is high, but you have access to daily classes, support from friendly trainers who will work with you to better technique and personal growth and you get to make life long friends along the way! It's a BIG YES from me

Fantastic experience: The F45 Horsham trainers are great at what they do and the space is awesome. I've been a member since its opening and it's the first time that I've made the most of a gym membership and actually used it! Five stars!

Fantastic experience: F45 Horsham is everything you hope for in a gym; motivating, challenging, uplifting, and of course fun! Each and every one of the trainers constantly goes out of their way to ensure that you are getting the most out of your workouts, and all provide amazing support and encouragement throughout every session. I have never been so motivated to achieve my desired goals in any other gym. The team at F45 Horsham always strive to help you to be stronger than you were yesterday, and show you what you are truely capable of. It's difficult to go a day without attending a session!
