Fantastic experience: I have been with Revo Shenton Park near on 8 years and never had an issue. Always lovely welcoming and helpful staff. Very accommodating to my needs. Clientele are friendly and some have become friends. When I am out and about it's great and so easy to be able to pop into one of the other venues which are fabulous. It is also very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Shenton was my original gym, I left it for a little while and I’m glad to say on return it’s still amazing! A gym put simple, everything works and I believe it’s only one of the few Revo’s who isn’t doing too much! Keep it simple, because it works, please! Saw the manager vacuum and she left a considerate pile of dust in one spot, but it was the effort and thought that counts I guess! Regardless, Shenton is very well maintained and looked after!

Negative experience: Nah, they've lost me with poor customer communications. Good gym BUT now usually over-crowded. WORSE, they have sneaky business practices. My membership was on-hold which was good, but rather than remind me that the on-hold period was coming to an end, they billed me first and then told me they 'might' take some money out of my bank. They did take money out. It was all just way too sneaky and tricky. Cancelled now. No refund of money as they continue to hide behind legalese. It's not about the money. it's the principle. UPDATE Dear Owner, you've finally responded. I have already emailed to the address you specified and given you my suggestion. My suggestion is that you should NOT bill the customer BEFORE the date the suspension is due to finish whilst the account is still suspended, but that you should notify the customer that their account suspension will finish in 7 days and that you will then bill the customer AFTER the suspension period is finished. This approach would have been acceptable to me. Your actual approach of billing prior to the end of the suspension period is not a good practice in my opinion, but it probably makes some money for you, albeit very short term money and some unnecessary and time-consuming customer service drama as you create more unhappy ex-customers.

Positive experience: Great gym, just need to fix the showers so they have hot water. People like a hot shower after doing their gym workout before going to work.

Positive experience: Good facility. Plenty of equipment dispersed throughout two rooms. Down side is that it is not 24 hours like other revo gyms. Some of the equipment is quite old and worn down. Not a lot of room for free weight training.

Negative experience: Had people harass us during a match and the umpire refused to sort it out, also people steal weights while you’re using the machines then get hostile when you ask for it back. No help from any admin. Absolutely terrible go somewhere else

Positive experience: I like the gym, wide range of equipment but it’s very dirty! The female changing rooms has the same litter on the floor and towel hanging on the hook for over 3 weeks now. None of it’s hidden so no excuse for it being missed. Some of the gym equipment also has easily removable marks (the lat pull down has a brown smear on it) which should all have been cleaned. Especially with COVID still happening the cleaning really needs sorted. I spoke to someone and was told it would be cleaned but none of it has. Pretty gross. Other than that though, the range of equipment is good and it’s never really crazy busy.

Positive experience: Decent facility and equipment. Gym split into two rooms. Walking back and forth through noisy and crowded centre makes Shenton Park less preferable compared to other Revo gyms.

Positive experience: The gym is fine, but the quality of the 20kg barbells is absolutely terrible. They need replacing immediately

I broke my spine and normally gyms are like you need doctors certificates and you have to come in and sign things etc etc, but revo have just suspended my membership as I asked and sent a really nice email wishing me well. No hassle at all. Can’t wait to be well again to start at the gym, definitely coming back to Revo shenton!
