Fantastic experience: Was meaning to put up a review years ago for this gym, best equipment I have ever used, old school flex, clean, tidy, great workers, used it while was locked in WA for 7 months around 2021, prices for casual and weekly was great.

Positive experience: Great strength gym, wide variety of equipment. Rather small area for warm up in the back by a corner hung punch bag. I don't remember seeing any cardio equipment but I only visited once. Again the gym is filled with bodybuilding champion photos, so clearly Strength is the goal

Fantastic experience: This is a proper gym. It's large with a good range of equipment, plenty of plates and dumbells. It's clean and tidy - people actually unload the machines and put weights away. Best of all, it's only 10$aus for a casual session. You do need a towel but can hire one for 2$aus. Would defo recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best there is really, train surrounded by those with the same mindset to go hard and get after it. No aircon, but it’s not needed in this place. Get one of their experienced PTs and get down there!

Fantastic experience: Awesome equipments for bodybuilding and perfect for getting a mind muscle connection. I loved the idea of having thick grips for light weights which develops strength for beginners.

You’re met with a lovely gym staff member, who was really helpful and made me feel so welcome. The equipment is awesome, it had everything I needed. Fantastic experience: Came early morning for a 5am leg day during a work trip. Because i am living the work-life balance value. Yeah nah cheers, good on me. Good spot, fine music, fine equipments and so easy for a casual entry. Let us all work hard, workout harder and recover at the hardest.

Negative experience: Obnoxious, rude and abusive staff. Fail to comply with the Fitness Code of Practice Regulations 2020 (WA) )(the code) by forcing members to cancel their membership in person. Fail to respond to a letter of request for cancellation of gym membership as per the Fitness Industry Code of Practice. Complaint made to the department of consumer protection. Been advised by Consumer protection that they will be dealt with accordingly as per the Fitness Code of Practice Regulations 2020 (WA).

The equipment and space absolutely spotlessly clean with all members cleaning down their equipment which is reassuring during Covid. So much equipment especially if your into body building. there is a cardio floor with lots of equipment. Highly recommend this place best casual rates in Perth if your a visitor in town as we were. will definitely come back when visiting.

Fantastic experience: When I moved from Vic, I searched hi and low for the perfect gym. This is it, the the vibe is incredible. Everyone is friendly and wants to help you. I recommend this gym over the 10+ others I have tried throughout perrh and surroundings 4 months moving here. This is were you want to be!

Negative experience: My partner and I both signed up in November 2019 on separate occasions - we were both advised that the owner had agreed to have the A/C on over summer (sounds like something that doesn’t happen very often). Can honestly say that there were days over 40 degrees and the A/C was never on. In general the A/C is never going, so weird. It gets so hot and humid upstairs it’s like an accident waiting to happen!

Negative experience: Purchased a Groupon voucher from them but they refused to honor it because I wasn't living in a 3 block radius to the gym. I now have the task of trying to chase down a refund after they hid behind their 'fine print' . Please be aware of this scam, I would be dubious of trusting these guys with my money let alone signing any contract with them if they are already playing these membership games.

Fantastic experience: Front counter greeting was excellent, casual prices excellent as well. Had a good workout, warmed up in the cardio area first upstairs then went downstairs and weight trained. Found the free weights very good and most machines worked well with a couple a little too small for my frame. Good lighting and plenty of mirrors for checking your form. Joining prices very affordable and shower room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed a healthy meal after in their seating area and chatted with the owner when I was training. Overall a very good gym, handy location and great atmosphere.
