Fantastic experience: Jetts Strathpine is amazing because of the equipment and staff my health is now way better and without them I would not be who I am now because I was very unhealthy before I started going to the gym but when I came in this gym for the first time I felt welcomed by the staff they always greet me when I walk in to the gym and they always tell me if I needed any help to not hesitate to ask them. before I used to weigh 90kg now from the help of the staff members I’m healthy and weigh 83kg.

The facilities are clean and the equipment is well-maintained. It tends to get busy right after school lets out with high school students, but if you're aiming for a quieter workout, any other time is ideal.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Jetts Strathpine. The owner Tamara is very personable and friendly. Recently she thought someone's bike was being taken from a rack outside and instantly alerted those in the gym who she knew had bikes and was ready to chase it down. Always happy to have a chat and help people out and looks out for people's safety while training. Gym may be a little older but has all the equipment you need.

Negative experience: My special needs son was receiving much needed exercise physiology at Jetts Strathpine. However someone complained that they didn't want a special needs kids in their gym; and as such Jetts stopped my son from attending paid physiology sessions. Apparently keeping one Karen happy is more important than my special needs son receiving support. Absolutely disgusting.

Positive experience: While the gym was bigger than other Jetts I've been to, there wasn't a lot of extra equipment. The only sanitizing equipment was a dry paper towel with pump gel, compared to other Jetts that have sanitizing wet wipes. Several people in the gym didn't have towels, but I'm pretty sure they weren't members as they followed other people into the gym. I'm a happy Jetts member, but I'm not going back to the Strathpine gym.
