F45 Training Palmerston

Fantastic experience: My wife and I love training at F45 Palmerston! The trainers are amazing – so supportive and motivating. The studio is always spotless, and we really appreciate the safe and welcoming crèche for our two kids, which makes it easy for us to train together. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to the Studio Manager, Emily! She is a friendly, ball of energy and I always feel so welcome when she is coaching. I recently had some personal stuff going on that I informed Emily about. She reached out via email, called to make sure I was ok and came up to me in the studio as soon as she saw me back in the classes. Thank you Emily for all that you do in the studio. You are doing an amazing job as Manager!

Fantastic experience: Spent 1 full week going here as on holidays in Darwin. Gym has easy parking, large spacious room & great workouts. In particular, this F45 gym has a good variety of trainers & I found all of them friendly, experienced & motivating.
