Fantastic experience: Armidale Anytime Fitness is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and spacious the gym is. It strikes the perfect balance... big enough to have everything you need, yet calm and welcoming, creating an ideal environment for a focused, effective workout. A huge shoutout to Jimmy, the Regional Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure I had essential and quick access without any hassle. His professionalism and friendliness truly stood out and made my experience even better. If you’re looking for a top-notch gym with great facilities and a supportive team, Armidale Anytime Fitness is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: Armidale AF is big. Is very hard to find by GPS as i drove around the bloke e times and had to call them to make sure then were still open. After getting instructions and parking i then couldn't find the entrance and I found later there is a black lettered sign outside. Who uses black when purple appears to be the corporate colour. Anyway. The staff was easy to chat with and the gym is well kitted out. Some seat covers are worn and generally the equipment appears well maintained. Like most AF gyms there are limited or no hooks for your towels in toilets or hooks for your cloths in the showers. I assume no staff members use their facilities or $5 spent at bunnings is outside their budget.its a good gym.ill be back in here next trip.

Positive experience: Staff are friendly, and equipment is generally clean and in working order. Highly recommend one of their PT's (Alexa) as well - she is incredibly kind and supportive, pushing me in our sessions each week to achieve more than what I ever thought I could on my own!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Anytime Fitness Armidale for over 12 months. I was a novice and the team are very supportive of my goals. Big shout out to Alexa, she is a great personal trainer and always pushes me to achieve more than I think I am capable of while teaching me proper techniques.

Negative experience: I don’t leave reviews often but I felt inclined to on this occasion. I’ve been to many anytime fitness’s around the country, and I must say I haven’t been to one that smells quite this bad. It smells like something is rotting in the pipes? I’ve smelt cleaner porta-potties at music festivals, and you can smell it even from outside the gym. Apart from that, the equipment is fine, and the gym has good space.

Fantastic experience: The equipment is excellent, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the amenities are always clean and tidy, and the other members are friendly and welcoming. 5/5 the best gym in Armidale

Fantastic experience: Love this place. From someone who’s relatively new to the weights game, I know all too well that gyms can be intimidating spaces. Not Anytime Fitness Armidale though - Jimmy has created a warm, welcoming environment for everyone. Such a vibe, thank you Jimmy!

Fantastic experience: An exceptional gym - spacious, well equipped, clean with friendly and helpful staff. The members respect the gym and each other, cleaning equipment after use and using bins. I love the flexibility of using my AF membership when I travel regionally but I always appreciate my home AF afterwards!

Tom has been great in supporting my fitness goals. The members are all very respectful and mostly friendly. I feel included and safe. Anytime Fitness is the gym to be!! *Im even a little protective, not wanting to share the special place I’ve found (I’ve always been like this, since I was little lol)

Fantastic experience: Pretty sweet gym. But the sickest trainer sirge mans is jacked like a god damn car when you’re changing the tire! He’s gotten his own body to fridge status so you know he knows the tricks of the trade. Quickest way to get huge is to go in there look for the mountain man and ask him how to get jacked. He’ll make it so your arms won’t work for a week and you think there’s no point in working out if you can’t even use your limbs, but atleast you look huge!

Positive experience: I was there today to enquire about the gym fee. All was perfect gym setup was very good and environment was safe and secure. I asked about the fee structures and joining fee. They said i should sign one year contract to get normal rate of 19.95 Aud other than that the casual rate would be 24.95 Aud.

Fantastic experience: Jimmy and the rest of the staff are excellent, friendly and supportive. The gym is always well maintained and very clean. The equipment range is superb and the gym itself is spacious and so you never feel cramped.

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness is the place to be. It's got a great environment full of like-minded people who are there to work on themselves. AF has a large variety of resources to support what you're looking for. The workers there such as Jimmy and Sergio are very welcoming and are keen to dive it and support you in every way they can. AF armidale is a definite must for gym. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Jimmy for the warm welcome back to the Gym, sign up again was super easy. He answered all my questions I had as well, I having not been to the location it's now in before.

Negative experience: Have never felt more unwelcome or targeted at gym before. Have been a member of ATF for many years and I have never had such a negative experience as I have had here. I was being respectful to others by not pushing a client and PT out of the way to re rack weights (which isn’t a condition of entry by the way) then was talked to like I was a dog, to re rack the weights not asked, when I explained why I didn’t I was still spoke to very rudely, the manager then twisted my words to make out I swore at him (when I didn’t) and he stated “no one talks to me like that in my gym!” when I questioned him on what I had what I had said he back tracked and did not offer an apology. Just so happens that I was the only person spoken to like this in my time there and I am often the only person of my nationality in the gym also. Happy to take this up with the manager or owner whenever. I pay the same as any other customer and should be treated the same. Mind you there was other equipment around the gym at the time that had weights still on them but I was the only person approached. Oh and never have I ever had 16x 20kg plates on any machine nor did I at anytime ‘abuse the manager’

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been apart of. The layout is massive with the largest variation and quality of equipment out of any gym in the area. All PT’s and staff are extremely welcoming, always giving me a spot or run down of equipment when I need it. Also one of the few gyms where I have never once felt judged, everyone there helps everyone else reach further tor their best with an amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone from your middle-aged parents who’s never stepped foot in a gym (the case with my dad) to your mid twenties gym junkie looking to get ripped.

So it's safe to say I've been to a few gyms around NSW and the Armidale ANYTIME FITNESS CENTRE is by far the best. Large space, lots of different equipment, constantly updated and improved regularly, and clean, tidy change rooms with plenty of showers. The vending machine is always well stocked with a great range and at a fair price point. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable, this I believe helps with the whole atmosphere of the centre. Thanks Anytime Fitness Armidale, keep up the great work...

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, well equipped, clean and constantly improving. They listen to members requests and on several occasions have ordered gear i have asked for and cater for functional fitness aswell as traditional bodybuilding with the latest gear. Excellent staff and the environment has a practical layout. Since moving to the new location have loved training here.
