Fantastic experience: I have been away from the gym for 3 years traveling and it took me a while to get myself back to the gym now that I have settled in Darwin. Nick and all the trainers have been fantastic and have made me feel a part of the F45 team again. I highly recommend F45 Northern Suburbs to anyone who is looking for a great way to get fit this year come and join us.

Fantastic experience: I was very scared to start back at the gym since having 2 children but Emma and the team made me feel so comfortable. All the staff are so welcome and approachable. Everyone is at different fitness levels and there is a great sense of community. I would and have recommended to many people to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are not only professional but very friendly and help you towards achieving your personal goals. I've trained with Emma, Costa, Sonia and Liz while I was in Darwin. All of them are superb! I recommend F45 Training Northern Suburbs!
