I've been a member of World Gym Mount Gravatt for the past Year, and I have to say, this place has truly fulfilled my expectations. As soon as you walk in, the place is huge theres tonnes of space. Its like two warehouses as one. Staff are awesome, prices and shakes are the best feature of this gym. Not many gyms even have this so i love it The gym itself is spacious and well-equipped, offering a wide variety of machines and free weights. The layout is really specific, you have your own leg section then free weights, machines and a back area for body weight fitness, such as punching bags and more. Parking is perfect, its like your own warehouse where parking is right next to the entry and there is an insane amount of spots available. Overall, I highly recommend World Gym Mount Gravatt to anyone looking to kickstart or enhance their fitness journey.

Negative experience: Most staff are very friendly but a guy with black curly hair who is usually working in the night time has no customer service skills. He usually don't greet to clients and make me and my friends feel uncomfortable when we pass the reception. He usually stares people just keep doing what he is doing at the counter unless members greet him first. If I am the owner of the gym, I wouldn't want to hire him

Fantastic experience: World gym Mount Gravatt is definitely a five star gym. From the minute you walk in and get greeted with a big good morning from the friendly staff you feel comfortable. It’s a gym where I believe anyone from all walks of life, all sizes, all races will enjoy their time spent at this gym. The bathrooms and change room facilities are fantastic and always clean. The group fitness classes are fantastic, I love chatting to everyone before and after classes, everyone is very friendly and feels like family after a while. The group fitness classes are for everyone, all fitness levels are made to feel welcome and there is a fantastic variety of classes including reformer Pilates. The group fitness manager Jos, is very knowledgeable with all things fitness and is always happy to give you a helping hand or listen to any requests or suggestions you may have, she seems to be very focused on making everyone’s classes enjoyable. The main gym area is HUGE and very well maintained with a fantastic variety of easy to use machines, and there is always a friendly staff member willing to help you if you need. I highly recommend World Gym Mount Gravatt.

Fantastic experience: World Gym Mount Gravatt is the BEST gym you will find! It deserves far more then 5 stars!! I’ve been going here for over a year now and travel 45+ mins to and from every day to get here because it feels like home and is by far superior to any gym closer to me. I love that the staff are always friendly and helpful but to top it off the owner Marco always has the time to get to know and greet the members so they feel welcomed and don’t just feel like another number. Finally a premium gym with a family feel exists! The group fitness manager Joss delivers the most engaging and fun classes and organises events throughout the year to help build a bond between members. People of all ages and fitness levels attend and feel like part of a team. I’ve made so many friendships from this gym and look forward to seeing and training together with them all each week ❤️ I also have two young children that I bring along with me to attend the crèche one who has attended since 8 weeks old. The careers are so good with my kids and look after them like they are their own doing everything they can to always make sure my children are settled, having fun and meet nap times etc which I’m sure all parents would agree is second to none! I could go on and on about all the things that make this gym the greatest gym, the atmosphere, easy parking, modern new equipment, competitive membership prices the list goes on… but you should give it a try yourself you won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: When I signed up they told me it would be incredibly easy to sell my membership if I ever needed to (since I had student prices and that was supposedly the cheapest deal) but when it actually came to trying to sell because I was moving away, it took months to get someone to buy it, and it wasn't even the cheapest membership like they had said. I saw other people on market place selling memberships for even cheaper. When I finally got someone to take my membership, I had to go in with him and they actually made him pay the onboarding fees even though I had already done all that from my end. Luckily he wasn't bothered, but I'm still extremely disappointed by the misinformation and hidden fees everywhere

Fantastic experience: Great environment, big variety of equipment and staff always friendly. Bathrooms are mint and cleaned regularly. There are personal trainers you can work with to find a program that suits your goals and they have a huge variety of supps that you are able to buy sample doses of which is good if you're unsure about purchasing an entire product. Barbell cafe smashes out a variety of protein shakes that are great after your workout. There's also a big car park so you should never struggle to find one. Only negative is the busy times... It's hard to get a machine when it's packed!

Fantastic experience: I just signed up today! Jordan was so awesome and spent a lot of time with me getting me familiar with how the gym works and getting my membership sorted. I was a bit nervous, as I've been with the same gym for almost 10 years - Jordan made me feel like I was SO welcome which made all the difference. Really looking forward to training here and being a part of the World Gym Community. ️‍♀️

Positive experience: Good gym although having aircon wouldnt hurt. The condensation on the walls and everything covered in sweat isnt too pleasant

Negative experience: Come here for a workout...leave with whiplash and a dented car bumper. Driveway is a deathtrap, continually getting cut off and experiencing antisocial behaviour from other members due to their inability to read traffic signs. Something needs to be done, that 'giveway' sign needs to be 'stop' sign and more warning and signage of it. Please speak to management this is becoming a serious safety hazard. Better off going to Underwood

Negative experience: If you're looking for a premium gym, this ain't it. Want a resistance band to warm up? They don't have any, all stolen. Looking for a gym where people understand etiquette? Forget it, you gotta walk from one end of the gym to the other to find matching dumbbells, and you'll always have to unrack weights from the machines, no one puts their weights away. The doe eyed staff don't seem to care, I've yet to see a PT or any sort of management on the floor. After a month here I could not be more disappointed, oh well , 11 more months on my lock in contract and I'm off to Cartel. I'd suggest anyone serious about lifting weights do the same. You're just a number to World Gym, they aren't interested in providing the environment they sell. Really bummed out, great facilities, but poorly managed.

Negative experience: A while ago I enquired on their website wanting to find out how much they charge, after reading all the one star reviews I decided not to go ahead with them. They have been constantly calling me, and today at 5:30 pm they called me again I said I’m not interested anymore, please take me off the to call list, the guy over the phone keep saying I will call you back December after I repeated myself many times don’t call me back anymore, the guy is playing dumb keep saying talk to you on December!?!??? at the end and say talk to you soon and hang up!!! He is obviously mocking people, if you are bored get a better job Seriously no wonder all the horrible reviews for you guys, there is something wrong with you

Negative experience: Pigs, say the membership is a set price but then double or even triple charge you the membership fee EVERY WEEK then say they can’t take the blame and to call debit success which leads to nothing. Absolutely the biggest and easiest scam going around.
