Stepz Fitness St Lucia

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Stepz Fitness St Lucia since about 2021 and love it! It is a great gym and though it may be relatively small it contains all the necessary equipments. Mark also regularly upgrades the equipments. For eg this year he bought three new elliptical machines to replace the old ones and the new ones are brilliant. Last year Mark bought a stair climber and we had a stair climber challenge which was great fun. Mark also ensures the equipments are working well and any broken equipment usually gets fixed within a week which is fantastic. The members as well as the Stepz Fitness team are very supportive and encouraging and that makes it easy to maintain fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Stepz at St.Lucia is a friendly and inclusive community gym. Having joined after a long term membership at a large gym with restricted hours I welcome the 24 hour access. Mark and his staff are supportive, responsive to feedback and invite members input when making decisions about the equipment, choosing play lists and member challenges. The challenges are fun and attract great interest and provide motivation. I have found my "place" with the early morning regulars. Thank you Stepz Fitness

Fantastic experience: A great local, suburban gym with very friendly service from the owner Mark & his team. It's just the right size - not to big that you get lost and it feels impersonal, but big enough so you can always get to the workout you want. There's been lots of new equipment in recent months - weight machines, free weights, squat racks and cadio (bikes, running, stairs, rowing). And 24/7 access means you can get to your workout when you want. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Did not have staff during "staffed hours"

Fantastic experience: Stepz St Lucia is an amazing gym! It contains all the necessary gym equipments, including free weights (dumbells) and weight machines plus two squatting racks. Mark, the owner, is awesome as he keeps the gym clean and tidy and any broken equipment gets fixed within a few days. There are also.cardio equipments, such as two spin bikes and a stair climber. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym.

Positive experience: This place is small but has most of the free weights and equipment you’ll need for a decent workout. Also because we are in a suburb, I haven’t seen huge crowds in here so I hardly need to share space or equipment with many people for my workouts. Perhaps there’s a need for a stronger humidifier of sorts, as the machines here are clearly well-worn - some appear to have rust on them, some have missing or unclear labels on the weight plates, with many adjustment handles on different machines needing considerable force to be shifted. The owner Mark is very warm and shows great hospitality

Fantastic experience: All the team are friendly and helpful. Everyone is made welcome, even relatively new gym goers like me. Great little gym with good quality equipment. Best part of the gym is my trainer Matika who really knows her stuff and is university trained. My program is perfectly matched to my 'middle-age slow crumble'. I always look forward to my sessions as I am getting fitter and stronger and Matika is great company.

For someone like myself who is at the gym most days of the week, having access to the gym 24/7 let’s going to the gym fit into a busy schedule really easily. Fantastic experience: I have trained at Stepz Fitness St Lucia many times and always found it an awesome experience. The staff are all helpful and very well qualified ; the gym is well maintained and has a large variety of equipment and as well as has 24 hour access. Whether you're a beginner or have been training for a number of years Stepz St Lucia caters for a wide variety of demographics. Finally I found the manager Morgan extremely helpful and polite . He will not only set you up with a very affordable membership deal but offer to help and even tailor a workout routine specific to your goals as well as answer any and all questions you might have .

Fantastic experience: This is a nice gym, although it’s not big there is enough equipment and even when it’s busy you can always find your machin and your way to train. All the equipment are always really clean and the gym tidy. The manager is super nice, always available to help you, answering your questions and making all the gym members friendly.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms ive been a part of. Great bunch of staff and members! Gyming by yourself can get quite challenging, both physically and mentally. I found the members at this gym to be really friendly and are always willing to help you out with spotting , motivation etc. Being a small gym also means members and staff form close relationships, which then creates the perfect environment for a workout

Fantastic experience: I would like to take a moment to write a brief review for Stepz Fitness St Lucia. During Christmas holidays, I had an opportunity to exercise here. The equipment is very well maintained, from squat racks, smith machines, to dumbbell area. Also, Morgan, who is the manager here, is extremely friendly and a fitness inspiration for myself personally. Come here during off peak times for an absolute screamer of a workout in a clean, well equipped gym.
