Fantastic experience: Amazing clean gym. Meg runs it well with a great team, friendly staff, sick gym clothes, GREAT specials when they are on to. No spin bike or boxing bag :( but still 5 stars because it’s honestly an amazing gym. Showers and change rooms always clean. (Cleaners do an amazing job). Great atmosphere. Massage chair great to relax. I am fifo worker and they are always accommodating with my weeks while I am away. So cheaper rates when I can’t use the gym: thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym after asking my old gym for a stair machine for five years and being told no. (Ryderwear has many stair machines) Also joined because the weekly payments were way better. It’s close to my house and the staff are really nice. Recently they upgraded by getting some Pilates reformers and massage chairs. They also have vending machines with their own kind of energy drink/preworkout cans which I really like.

Fantastic experience: For many many years I’ve been sporting Ryderwear apparel, I love the brand, love that it’s local. Being a bodybuilder a great gym with good variety of equipment I feel is paramount to progress. It took me a while to cancel the derrimuts and anytime fitness memberships to exclusively train and prep to compete from. Bouncing between hackham and Munno para gyms, I love them both, whilst Munno para is massive and probably the best gym in S.A, hackham is also awesome in its own right, it’s always clean, staff are visable, polite and knowledgeable. On that note there is one thing Hackham Ryderwear has that no other gym has……. Kiara. From meeting her at derrimuts to now seeing her at Ryderwear hackham, she takes this position seriously and is not only is she warm and welcoming to everyone, but you always see her putting weights away, cleaning, stocking fridges and just being that happy face that everyone needs to see when they come to this facility. Ryderwear would do well to keep such an awesome employee there as often as possible, she can run a gym in her sleep.

Fantastic experience: Superb little gym.. great range of equipment, well priced, 24hr access. Some great personal trainers including Ben Mitchell - he really set me on the right path - highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Amazing gym & the equipment in there is great, loads of variety and as it is all new it is in great condition as well. The gym is kept in great condition, always clean and more importantly the weights are always put away after use. I attend the gum in the mornings, and I am always able to access the equipment that I need, so no issues with having to wait to do your exercises. I personally see a personal trainer, Mark McCormack, and if anyone is after finding a trainer, I would highly recommend him as being extremely professional & knowledgeable, also listens to what your goals are and comes up with a programme that suits your needs.

Fantastic experience: Following abdominal surgeries which were a major set back for me, I started training with Denise around 2 months ago. Denise has been the most supportive, caring and knowledgeable PT I have ever had. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and confident in the gym. She sends me my workouts which allows me to do the same exercises when I gym on my own. She is always teaching me the best techniques to prevent injury and gives immediate feedback to help me get the most out of my sessions. It is clear how much she genuinely cares about me and my goals which is a really nice feeling. Her nutrition guidance has really helped me get the most out of my diet. I can confidently say that I’m finally back on track with my fitness because of Denise. I never thought I’d get my body ‘back’ after my procedures but I have! I couldn’t be happier. I honestly can’t thank Denise enough for all the time and effort she has put into me to help me achieve my goals. I look forward to every session and I am loving my experience at Ryderwear because of her. 100% recommend!

The weekday afternoon manager is super friendly and extremely helpful, and willing to maintain the equipment. For older and experienced customers: There is a lot of young people at this gym, but they seem to want to exercise and hard so it shouldn't turn into a crowded social club like some other gyms. Don't be put off by the numbers. I have rarely had to wait to use machines. This one is top notch, the shop is handy also!
Fantastic experience: This gym is well managed fresh and clean with quality equipment. There is plenty of cardio gear and I like that the cardio area overlooks the weight training area. Definitely a nice place to make progress.

Positive experience: Denise is hands down one of the best trainers. She's one of a very few that will push you toward the outcome you want. A complete professional and the best thing to come out of this gym. Ryderwear is a very well equiped gym and its 100% worth joining. I'm unsure of the individual who is in charge of the daily musical directions for this facility, however, they should consider getting themselves an exorcism. At times I feel like I am in an insane asylum, the sheer sexual filth in the lyrics that come through the speakers is beyond. Its cleaner at the clubs than this place.

Fantastic experience: i absolutely LOVE this new gym at hackham! its the first gym ever that i feel comfortable at. so much brand new equipment and friendly staff. i joined here the day it opened beginning of may '2023' the results have been fantastic, toning up nicely!

Fantastic experience: Loving this new gym! Started PT sessions with Denise from Daily Milestones over a month ago and am already seeing results. I'm new to weight training so wasn't confident at the start but Denise made me feel comfortable and gives guidence without judgement. She plans workouts to suit my fitness goals and safely builds up the intensity while still pushing me to get the most out of each session. 100% recommend her!!

Fantastic experience: The Gym is huge and spacy. I have Denise (mentora) as my PT and I came over with her when she left her old gym. Her and Marky Mark are an awesome team! passionate, people focused and the workouts are awesome for any fitness level and age. They are LGBTQIA+ friendly and very patient. Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym, joint is huge! All equipment is hammer strength (top tier gym equipment brand imo) and it's brand spanka. At least 2 of everything in the gym and in most cases up to 4. Lastly the membership price is very competitive and what is needed in the industry. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Ok This gym is amazing the staff here are so friendly a credit to the manager and as far as customer service goes they are incredible super warm and welcoming. Some gyms can feel so intimidating to go into but this isn’t it’s clean fresh and such a good vibe amazing way to inspire fitness goals… and bonus they have a retail shop also…and amazing mirrors girls! It’s never overly crowded and the community here seems lovely Kelly Szyjko xx

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever!! Walked in to this gym and there were 3 people behind the front counter, which at first I thought great, lots of staff, this was short lived. I made eye contact with 2 of them and they said nothing. No welcome, no smile, nothing. I walked around the retail shop for a little bit and picked a few items out. Still no one bothered to assist. I walked to the counter to ask if I can try them on and the response was, yeah. I came out of the change room and again they said nothing. I handed over the unwanted items and the response was, no good? No worries and they went back to their conversation. I hope this was a 1 time issue but I won't be going back.
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience during your visit. Providing excellent customer service is a priority for us, and it's concerning to learn that we fell short during your visit.
