Fantastic experience: Kirsten and her team are great at making sure that you look after your body. If you have an issue with any part of your body they will give you options to suit.

Fantastic experience: The first thing I did when I knew I was moving to the coast a couple of years ago, was find a gym. I needed to find a place to exercise but just as important, I needed to find a place where I could meet like minded people. I wanted small classes that incorporated strength, mobility and cardio (but not too hard ) I started going to the 7am classes because I like routine but now I go because I like the people and we encourage each other to work hard. I am stronger than i ever have been and if it wasn't for my gym family, i think i would have moved back to Victoria! Kirsten and her team of knowledgeable trainers obviously love what they do because it shows in every class. I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made.
Fantastic experience: I first met and was trained by Kirsten in St George over 20 years ago and we resumed our acquaintance when she moved to the Sunshine Coast. Kirsten, her trainers, and members of Foundation Fitness make you feel welcome from when you first walk in the door. All Kirsten’s trainers treat you as an individual and not just as yet another gym member. They have a sincere interest in having you attain your maximum potential without being over-zealous. Options are available to cater for all levels of fitness through a variety of classes. Kirsten’s focus is on resistance training, therefore your strength, which is so important for women my age! I highly recommend Kirsten and her team to mentor you in your fitness journey.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kirsten, the founder of foundation fitness, for many years. Foundation Fitness has an amazing group of trainers, a nice variety of classes and the people who train there are lovely and encouraging. I wouldn't want to train anywhere else.
Fantastic experience: I have always loved exercise but I have never found a gym that has given me so much more than that. Foundation is the most supportive & inspiring community of people - I can honestly say that in the 2+ years that I have been going there it has never seemed like a chore. There is a great variety of classes on the timetable - love the yoga & pilates but also strength, circuit & lift. I just love it & would 1000% recommend anyone to give it a go xx
