SALT Gym

Fantastic experience: Salt gym is a great option if you want to work out while living or holidaying at Straddie. I’ve attended a few of the Women’s Strength classes which Sol teaches - he’s an awesome trainer and each class has been challenging with loads of variety. The vibe at Salt is very friendly, welcoming and supportive. Having the flexibility to be able to drop in for a one-off session every now and then is perfect for my family.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with good access. Very welcoming and encouraging staff, a little limited with equipment compared to a normal mainland gym but plenty of options still available. Well priced for a casual/weekly visit too, great alternative while you’re visiting Straddie. You’ll love it

Fantastic experience: Salt Gym is a great functional space with all the equipment you need to get a decent work out in. The classes are great , members friendly and with the recent change to a more conventional gym ,there is more flexibility to train when visiting the island. Thanks for having me.
