Fantastic experience: The staff always are able to accommodate any age & myself being in my sixties I've not once felt I haven't been able to enjoy a full class! I highly recommend PHOENIX for everyone of all shapes & sizes.

Fantastic experience: Such a great comfortable environment to train in. Providing Encouragement to achieve goals, and results. The friendly atmosphere and trainers makes for a great gym experience. Totally recommend if you are after the same.
