Fantastic experience: I have been doing group fitness sessions with Norm at Focus Fitness on and off for about 15years. I love the variety and the casual and fun group environment. Always a great mix of fitness levels in the group, so you can just go at your own pace. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent little gym in Mudgeeraba. Has all equipment you need. Has group and personal training classes. Also has massage. Norm the gym owner is an excellent coach and very friendly. Other coaches are very friendly. Has a shower in house. Membership is affordable. You can sign up either 6 or 12 months. Best part: you can either pay it in advance or direct debit. Has wide range of programs customised to you but that costs extra and so is the diet program. Overall great gym, and for what you pay, you get a lot in return.
