Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Prince Alfred Park Fitness Zone for years as it is conveniently located off Cleveland Street in the inner city. It has an amazing atmosphere and always gives me a feeling of being alive and strong when I workout there. The variety of equipment and activities makes sure that each time I go I can try something new and challenging. All this plus the great outdoors - especially in the sun - make for an excellent fitness experience. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to get fit and feel great as exercising outdoors often has many benefits to both our physical and mental health. More people should enjoy the park and reap the rewards of getting out in the sunshine and exercising.
