Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a little while ago. I have been one of those Mum’s who joins the gym and tries to overcome feelings of absolute inadequacy and it doesn’t usually work. I love how kind the instructors are at this gym. I am now in my 50’s and i have thrown a fair amount of time and energy and $$$ into always trying to improve my fitness with minimal success. Everyone that works here is welcoming and friendly and very supportive which I have not experienced enough. They also care about your story. No one gets unfit and unhealthy cause they wanted to. They get there cause things didn’t always work out. So ten stars from me for holding my hand and helping me believe in myself .It’s the first time I can remember where I haven’t felt that i had to look like the instructor to be in the class.

Fantastic experience: Such a warm welcome upon arrival, nice smaller boutique gym. With brand new equipment. Spin room and circuit style training. Darker rooms for more private training. Easy access and Heaps of parking. Highly recommend Danielle and her team
