F45 Training Noarlunga

Negative experience: Not Great, I went in there for some information and I found the staff quite rude. I was not made welcome and I relayed this message to branch manager. As a result I have since Joined at another Branch.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant work out routines, certainly great to change cardio training up! So much fun and even though I nearly puked twice (a good thing when one is trying to push it hard) I still managed to train harder than normal due to the group nature of the class. Only downside is the inability to go to all locations on the one membership. I assumed this would be possible, unfortunately not. Doesn’t work the best when I am constantly travelling around. That’s the only downside for this place. Otherwise I’d pick it up in a heartbeat
