Fantastic experience: Amazing place, the culture that so many people bring to this place is life changing. Went there for a bit of a go....now I'm hooked.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym 2 weeks ago, my wife has been going for a long time and has always raved about it. It’s been a big move for me, completely out of my comfort zone, never doing anything like this before in my life. All the staff have made me feel more than welcome and have helped me find my feet, the other members of the gym are all friendly and supportive. I throughly enjoy it, the workouts, the atmosphere and the way it makes you feel both physically and mentally after training, couldn’t recommend high enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lionmode since they took over in December last year , and I have to say, it's been one of the best fitness experiences I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff who are always ready to help. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, with a variety of equipment that is both high-quality and up-to-date. Plus they just put in a recovery area which is fantastic :) But what really sets Lionmode apart is the atmosphere. It's clear that the trainers and staff truly care about their clients and are invested in helping them achieve their fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, there is always someone on hand to offer guidance and support. The workout of the day group classes are also top-notch. The instructors are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and the classes are challenging yet fun. You can also go in and do your own thing or choose from one of the 5 different training streams on the app to do individually, so something for everyone Overall, I would highly recommend Lionmode to anyone looking for a gym that offers a great workout experience, knowledgeable caring staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.
