Fantastic experience: If anyone is looking for a small friendly gym I can highly recommend Errodynamic Fitness. Shane is a great trainer and Kylie is very knowledgeable regarding nutrition. They do a great 7 week fitness/weight loss program which is how I got into it nearly 2 years ago. I lost over 8k in that 7 weeks and haven't looked back since. I hate traditional gyms but love this one. Shane makes it a fun and friendly environment and caters to all ages and physical ailments. Do yourself a favour and give him a call.
