Yes hormone imbalances could be involved and it could be Perimenopause however it’s not always clear that is the case, as Women can start perimenopause at various ages. The positive thing is even if it is Perimenopause ALOT can be done to address those symptoms that come with it…regardless!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been one on one training with Luke now for 9 years, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Luke is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. He is also extremely reliable and always has a exercise routine planned ahead of time. I have no hesitation is recommending Luke as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Luke for over ten years. Luke's training has helped me build my core strength and improve my muscular-skeletal fitness. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Luke since 2008 (coming up on 14 years!) and I think this fact on it's own speaks for itself - he is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable, got me the results I wanted before I got married and adjusts his sessions to suit your goals and training style - I for one am not the greatest fan of cardio workouts so we do weights and strength training instead, and I could not be happier with the results I get working out with Luke. My husband and I both train with him now twice a week, he keeps it interesting by changing up the sessions every time, and also takes my swearing at him with good humour! I also love the fact he lets me control the playlist - haha :D In all seriousness though, if you are looking for a trainer who gets you results and bang for your buck, get in touch with Luke!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bullseye for a number of years now and plan to continue for a lot more! What originally intrigued me was the ability to customize a plan for what I want/need using a combination of personal and group training. Luke is always on top of nutrition as well as fitness and ready to help/adjust plan whenever I have a bump in the road. I love the small, personal class sized, which have allowed me to make some great friendships, particularly with a core group of wonderful women that are always in attendance. I also think it speaks to Luke's care and diligence to our fitness, that even when someone's life changes and they can no longer attend classes, next thing you know they have adjusted to be able to return to Bullseye. I truly believe that without the coaching and support I have received from Luke and the Bullseye "family" I would not be the person I am today, in fitness as well as general, overall, well being.
