Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I signed up for my 2 week free trial here and from the moment I stepped into the gym Carlos was so welcoming. He was very patient with me on my first BJJ class and practised the techniques with me slowly to make sure I understood them and could execute them correctly. The attention to detail here is like no other gyms I’ve been to. Everyone is so supportive of one another, the atmosphere is great.

The attention to detail and emphasis on technique both Carlos and Mark bring to the training sessions are unrivalled compared to any other gym I’ve trained at. The welcoming atmosphere of not only the trainers but the people you train with is also amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fantastic experience: This gym has been very welcoming to me since I have joined. The two trainers, Mark who is an 8 time champ, and Carlos who is a BJJ black belt trained in Brazil are both incredible at what they do. Community and atmosphere is amazing, and the gym it's self is really nice.
