Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Elements4Life for 18 months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience inclusive of personal training once a week. The focus on personalised fitness coaching and holistic well-being has been instrumental in helping me strive for better fitness focused on flexibility, mobility, strength and posture with age in day-to-day living. One of the things I appreciate most about Elements4Life is the knowledgeable and supportive coaching team, Sab, Erin, Lauren, Joe, Jaya and Molly amongst the larger team across the other two locations. The trainers are always available to provide guidance, correct form, and motivate me to push my limits. The group fitness classes are challenging yet fun, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance as I continue to work on my flexibility and mobility. Beyond the workouts, I've also found the gym's emphasis on active living, nutrition, and sleep to be incredibly valuable. The coaches have provided me with practical tips and resources that have helped me make healthier lifestyle choices. I feel more energized, focused, and overall healthier since joining. Fantastic experience: Really love the friendly people who make the team sessions worthwhile. The facilities are great and new, unlike any other fitness centres/gyms I’ve ever been to. The trainers encourage and challenge you but also modify exercises if you need it. They put on great Christmas parties too :)

Fantastic experience: E4L offers an amazing workout schedule with very experienced and approachable trainers and great variety in the classes, including strength, cardio, barre and yoga. The facilities are modern and membership includes access to the gym outside of class times too. It is such a friendly and fun environment, and very motivating! The owners are clearly passionate about what they do, and that is reflected in the service they provide.
