Fantastic experience: Glad that Sue reached out for me when I put in my interest on Facebook ads. I’m very skeptical that I would get motivated after the free workout as I am super duper lazy doing any sort of exercise. But, Sue absolutely amazing with explaining & guiding through each step/workout. I’m glad singing the contract & put my commitment into it. Today, I’ve completed 12 workouts & guess what… lose 34cm in total of my body measurement & lose 1kg in weight!! I’m really, really happy with the results & definitely recommend all woman in Stanthorpe to join in & experience the wonderful workouts!!

Fantastic experience: I like the early morning routine. Wake up get ready for 30 minutes work out which is very doable at home but going to curves fitness center is different. To do my exercise with other ladies is more fun knowing that we are working out towards the same goal. I felt more stronger and healthier than before. Sue is a legend making sure that everyone is doing right.
